【摘要】：為了培養(yǎng)服務于地方經濟的應用型人才,在明確人才培養(yǎng)定位的基礎上,提出了"技師式工程師"的人才培養(yǎng)模式。闡述了確立"技師式工程師"人才培養(yǎng)模式的理論依據(jù)。在分析校企合作的背景、必要性以及合作模式的基礎上,采用"校企合作,共建、共管、共享"的模式建立CNC實驗室;明確了實驗室的功能、要求與特點。最后從學生能力培養(yǎng)、實踐教學、社會服務與科研合作等方面給出了建設成效。該模式是一種學校與企業(yè)雙贏的合作模式,受到了教育部專家及眾多高校的一致認可。
[Abstract]:In order to train the applied talents who serve the local economy, the talent training mode of "technician engineer" is put forward on the basis of defining the orientation of talent training. This paper expounds the theoretical basis for establishing the personnel training mode of "technician engineer". On the basis of analyzing the background, necessity and cooperation mode of cooperation between school and enterprise, the CNC laboratory is established with the mode of "cooperation between school and enterprise, co-construction, management and sharing", and the functions, requirements and characteristics of the laboratory are clarified. Finally, the construction effect is given from the aspects of students' ability cultivation, practical teaching, social service and scientific research cooperation. This model is a win-win cooperation model between schools and enterprises, which has been unanimously recognized by experts of the Ministry of Education and many colleges and universities.
