【摘要】：本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法和調(diào)查訪談法，對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行剖析，綜合教育學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)等學(xué)科的范式和視角，重點(diǎn)探討了大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的總體構(gòu)想，以期推進(jìn)我國(guó)大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的健康發(fā)展。 論文緊緊圍繞大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育這一問(wèn)題展開(kāi)，首先客觀描述了大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，回顧了我國(guó)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的發(fā)展演變；其次探討了職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的重要理論及職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的意義，重點(diǎn)分析了國(guó)內(nèi)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題，對(duì)存在問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行了深入解析；最后，，將理論分析與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合，針對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果分析出的問(wèn)題，借鑒國(guó)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，從組織管理體系、教學(xué)管理體系、實(shí)踐運(yùn)行體系、評(píng)估反饋體系和社會(huì)支持體系五個(gè)方面提出了我國(guó)大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的總體構(gòu)想。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of career planning education for college students in our country by using the method of literature research and investigation and interview, including the paradigms and perspectives of such subjects as pedagogy, sociology, and so on. This paper probes into the overall conception of career planning education for college students in order to promote the healthy development of career planning education for college students in China. This paper focuses on the issue of career planning education for college students. Firstly, it describes the current research situation of career planning education at home and abroad, and reviews the development and evolution of career planning education in China. Secondly, it discusses the important theory of career planning education and the significance of career planning education, analyzes the status quo and existing problems of career planning education in China, and analyzes the reasons for the problems. Combining the theoretical analysis with the empirical research, aiming at the problems analyzed by the investigation results, based on the advanced experience of foreign countries, from the organizational management system, the teaching management system, the practical operation system, Five aspects of evaluation feedback system and social support system put forward the overall concept of career planning education for college students in China.
