【摘要】:創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是教育者(教育組織機(jī)構(gòu))通過實(shí)施一系列教學(xué)活動(dòng)和實(shí)踐活動(dòng)對(duì)受教育進(jìn)行創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)、創(chuàng)業(yè)精神、創(chuàng)業(yè)知識(shí)和創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng),旨在使受教育者能夠在各種環(huán)境中識(shí)別機(jī)會(huì)的存在,或者產(chǎn)生新創(chuàng)意,并運(yùn)用自己的能力整合一切資源將機(jī)會(huì)或者創(chuàng)意轉(zhuǎn)化為新事業(yè),是一種當(dāng)前受到社會(huì)各界廣泛關(guān)注的教育思想,承載著培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才和推動(dòng)創(chuàng)業(yè)型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重任。 在知識(shí)生產(chǎn)模式日益更新、創(chuàng)業(yè)型經(jīng)濟(jì)和知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)顯示出強(qiáng)大生命力的時(shí)代條件和背景下,高等教育為謀求自身的發(fā)展需要與產(chǎn)業(yè)之間進(jìn)行全方位的交流與合作。但兩者在交流與合作的過程中,遇到種種問題從而影響了雙方之間的合作與交流,這就迫切需要產(chǎn)生新的組織來順應(yīng)這種新的合作需求,學(xué)科—專業(yè)—產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈正是順應(yīng)這種需求而產(chǎn)生的新型組織之一。它的產(chǎn)生,不僅在產(chǎn)學(xué)研領(lǐng)域激起了不小的波瀾,而且對(duì)高校人才培養(yǎng)也產(chǎn)生了全方位的影響。 本研究就是探究學(xué)科—專業(yè)—產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的出現(xiàn),對(duì)高校人才培養(yǎng)、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育產(chǎn)生的影響,以及學(xué)科—專業(yè)—產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈影響下的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式。研究主要由五個(gè)部分構(gòu)成:第一部分,主要是論述本研究的背景、意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的研究成果及進(jìn)展,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出本研究擬研究的內(nèi)容、方法和創(chuàng)新之處;第二部分,解析和界定創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的核心概念、特征,并分析了創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專業(yè)教育、素質(zhì)教育之間的關(guān)系;第三部分,主要研究學(xué)科—專業(yè)—產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的相關(guān)理論及學(xué)科—專業(yè)—產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈這一高等教育微觀學(xué)術(shù)組織對(duì)高校人才培養(yǎng)的影響,為探究基于學(xué)科—專業(yè)—產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式奠定科學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ);第四部分,主要探究了學(xué)科—專業(yè)—產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈影響下的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的類型、模式和運(yùn)行機(jī)制,并結(jié)合案例對(duì)學(xué)科—專業(yè)—產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈影響下的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡釋;第五部分,,主要從政府、高校和企業(yè)三個(gè)層面探究了促進(jìn)基于學(xué)科—專業(yè)—產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展的一些對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship education is the education of educators (educational organizations) through a series of teaching activities and practical activities for the education of entrepreneurship awareness, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial ability, The aim is to enable educated people to identify opportunities in various environments, or to generate new ideas, and to use their ability to integrate all resources to turn opportunities or ideas into new ventures, It is a kind of educational thought which is widely concerned by all walks of life. It is carrying the important task of cultivating entrepreneurial talents and promoting the development of entrepreneurial economy. Under the conditions and background of the renewal of knowledge production mode and the strong vitality of entrepreneurial economy and knowledge economy, higher education needs to communicate and cooperate with industry in all directions in order to seek its own development. However, in the process of communication and cooperation, they encounter various problems which affect the cooperation and exchange between the two sides. It is urgent to produce new organizations to respond to the new cooperation needs. The discipline-specialty-industry chain is one of the new organizations that respond to this demand. Its emergence has not only aroused a lot of waves in the field of production, education and research, but also had an all-around influence on the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. This research is to explore the emergence of subject-special-industry chain, the influence on talent training and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and the mode of entrepreneurship education under the influence of subject-special-industry chain. The research consists of five parts: the first part mainly discusses the background and significance of this study, the research results and progress of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, and puts forward the contents, methods and innovations of this study; The second part, analyzes and defines the core concept and characteristics of entrepreneurship education, and analyzes the relationship between entrepreneurship education and professional education, quality education. This paper mainly studies the relevant theories of the subject-special-industry chain and the influence of the subject-special-industry chain, a micro-academic organization of higher education, on the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. It lays a scientific theoretical foundation for exploring the mode of entrepreneurship education based on the subject-special-industry chain. The fourth part mainly probes into the types, models and operating mechanisms of entrepreneurship education under the influence of the subject-special-industry chain. And combined with a case study of the subject-special-industry chain under the influence of entrepreneurship education model for a systematic explanation; part five, mainly from the government, This paper probes into some countermeasures to promote the development of entrepreneurship education based on discipline-specialty-industry chain.
