【摘要】：一所大學的運行和發(fā)展,離不開高校管理隊伍和高校管理人員作用的發(fā)揮。美國大學的成功從一個側面反映出美國大學職員管理制度的有效性。其在高等教育職員管理制度上的成熟性,對我國高校教育職員制改革具有較高的參考價值。本研究從職業(yè)定位和職業(yè)發(fā)展的角度對美國高校管理人員管理制度進行分析概括,力求總結出我國高校教育職員制改革可以借鑒的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:The operation and development of a university can not be separated from the role of university management team and university administrators. The success of American universities reflects the effectiveness of the staff management system in American universities. Its maturity in the management system of higher education staff has a high reference value for the reform of educational staff system in colleges and universities in China. From the perspective of career orientation and career development, this study analyzes and generalizes the management system of American universities' administrators, and tries to sum up the experience that can be used for reference in the reform of educational staff system in colleges and universities in China.
