新形勢(shì)下增強(qiáng)工科院!靶蝿(shì)與政策”課程教學(xué)實(shí)效性研究

【摘要】:作為大學(xué)生思想政治理論課程的“形勢(shì)與政策”,是對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育的重要渠道。對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行形勢(shì)與政策教育,有利于幫助他們樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀,并幫助他們形成健全的人格、培養(yǎng)強(qiáng)烈的社會(huì)責(zé)任感以及良好的文明行為習(xí)慣。但是在實(shí)際推進(jìn)方面,卻存在著這樣那樣的問題,影響到了這門課程教學(xué)的實(shí)效性。盡管許多學(xué)者已從多個(gè)角度對(duì)“形勢(shì)與政策”課程教學(xué)的實(shí)效性進(jìn)行了較為廣泛的研究,并取得了許多研究成果,但經(jīng)筆者廣泛查閱資料發(fā)現(xiàn),專門針對(duì)工科院校的“形勢(shì)與政策”教學(xué)研究極為少見。本文在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用調(diào)查研究、文獻(xiàn)分析以及理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,結(jié)合工科院校大學(xué)生的現(xiàn)狀以及工科院校的辦學(xué)特點(diǎn),緊緊圍繞“形勢(shì)與政策”課程教學(xué)實(shí)效性這個(gè)主題,充分分析在新形勢(shì)下工科院!靶蝿(shì)與政策”課程教學(xué)實(shí)效性存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上,深入探究工科院!靶蝿(shì)與政策”課程教學(xué)的實(shí)效性存在問題的原因,提出了增強(qiáng)工科院!靶蝿(shì)與政策”課程教學(xué)實(shí)效性的途徑。 論文從以下三個(gè)部份進(jìn)行論述: 論文的第一部份陳述工科院校“形勢(shì)與政策”課程教學(xué)實(shí)效性的內(nèi)涵以及增強(qiáng)這門課程實(shí)效性的意義!靶蝿(shì)與政策”這門課程的教學(xué),對(duì)工科院校大學(xué)生的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)的改善以及思想理論水平的提高,對(duì)工科院校大學(xué)生的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀的形成都起到了一定的促進(jìn)作用,并幫助大學(xué)生在其實(shí)踐中內(nèi)化為思想認(rèn)識(shí),外化為大學(xué)生的實(shí)際行動(dòng)。論文分別從適應(yīng)工科院校堅(jiān)持社會(huì)主義辦學(xué)方向、提高工科院校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)、促進(jìn)新形勢(shì)下工科院!靶蝿(shì)與政策”課程建設(shè)的發(fā)展等方面闡述了增強(qiáng)工科院校“形勢(shì)與政策”課程教學(xué)實(shí)效性的意義。 論文的第二部份分析當(dāng)前工科院!靶蝿(shì)與政策”課程教學(xué)存在的問題以及其原因。當(dāng)前工科院!靶蝿(shì)與政策”課程教學(xué)存在的問題主要表現(xiàn)為教學(xué)內(nèi)容不夠深入、教學(xué)方法比較陳舊、教學(xué)途徑單一、學(xué)生內(nèi)化困難較大等,并從課程價(jià)值認(rèn)識(shí)、課程定位、課程管理、教師隊(duì)伍狀況、工科院校學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)等方面分析了“形勢(shì)與政策”課程教學(xué)實(shí)效性缺失的原因。 論文的第三部份提出增強(qiáng)工科院!靶蝿(shì)與政策”課程教學(xué)實(shí)效性的對(duì)策:一是改革教學(xué)方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)教師講授與學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)相結(jié)合、理論教學(xué)與實(shí)踐教育相結(jié)合、傳統(tǒng)媒介與現(xiàn)代媒介相結(jié)合;二是合理安排教學(xué)內(nèi)容,挖掘適合工科院校的教學(xué)素材、緊密結(jié)合形勢(shì)設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容、規(guī)范教材體系建設(shè);三是加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),增強(qiáng)師資力量,合理調(diào)整師資結(jié)構(gòu),加強(qiáng)教師素質(zhì)培訓(xùn),建設(shè)一支專業(yè)知識(shí)水平較高、創(chuàng)新能力較強(qiáng)、結(jié)構(gòu)合理的高素質(zhì)教師隊(duì)伍;四是完善考核的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),堅(jiān)持認(rèn)知考核與認(rèn)同考核相結(jié)合、終期考核與過程考核相結(jié)合、教師和學(xué)生共同參與的靈活的課程考核評(píng)價(jià)方式。
[Abstract]:As the "situation and policy" of the course of Ideological and political theory of college students, it is an important channel for college students to carry out ideological and political education. The situation and policy education for college students will help them to set up a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and help them form a sound personality, and cultivate a strong sense of social responsibility and a strong sense of social responsibility. Although many scholars have studied the effectiveness of the teaching of "situation and policy" from many angles, and many research results have been obtained, but the author has been widely used. It is found that the teaching and research of "situation and policy" in engineering colleges and universities is very rare. On the basis of the existing research, this paper uses investigation and research, literature analysis and the combination of theory and practice, combined with the status of college students in engineering colleges and the characteristics of school running in engineering colleges and universities, closely surrounding the situation and policy. On the basis of the problem of the actual effect of the teaching effectiveness of the course "situation and policy" in the new situation of the new situation, the subject of the effectiveness of curriculum teaching is fully analyzed. The reasons for the problem of the actual effect of the teaching of "situation and policy" in the engineering colleges and universities are deeply explored, and the course teaching of "situation and policy" in the strengthening engineering colleges and universities is put forward. A practical approach.
The thesis is discussed from the following three parts:
The first part of the thesis states the connotation of the teaching effectiveness of the course "situation and policy" and the significance of enhancing the effectiveness of the course. The teaching of "situation and policy", the improvement of the knowledge structure of the college students in engineering colleges and the improvement of the ideological and theoretical level, the world outlook of the college students in engineering colleges and universities, and the world outlook of the college students in engineering colleges and universities. The form of Chengdu has played a certain role in promoting the concept of life and values, and helps the college students to internalize their ideas in their practice and become the practical actions of the college students. The thesis is to improve the ideological and political quality of the college students in the engineering colleges and universities from adapting to the engineering colleges and universities, and to promote the "situation of the engineering colleges and Universities under the new situation." The significance of enhancing the teaching effectiveness of "situation and policy" in engineering colleges is expounded in terms of the development of curriculum construction with policy.
The second part of the paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons for the teaching of "situation and policy" in the current engineering colleges and universities. The main problems in the teaching of "situation and policy" in the current engineering colleges are that the teaching content is not deep enough, the teaching methods are old, the teaching path is single, the students' Internalization difficulties are large and so on. The value of knowledge, curriculum positioning, curriculum management, the status of teachers, the reasons of "situation and policy" course teaching effectiveness analysis of the lacking of engineering college students political quality.
The third part of the paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the teaching effectiveness of the course of "situation and policy" in engineering colleges and Universities: one is to reform teaching methods, to combine teachers' teaching with students' independent learning, to combine theory teaching with practice education, to combine traditional media with modern media; and two, to arrange teaching content reasonably and to dig suitable for engineering. The teaching materials of colleges and universities are closely combined with the situation to design teaching content and standardize the construction of the teaching material system. Three is to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, strengthen the teacher's strength, adjust the teacher's structure reasonably, strengthen the teacher's quality training, build a contingent of high quality teachers with high professional knowledge level, strong innovation ability and reasonable structure, and four perfect the assessment. The standard, adhere to the cognitive assessment and identification evaluation combined, the final assessment and process assessment combining curriculum evaluation flexible way of teachers and students to participate in.
