江西民辦高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:隨著就業(yè)形勢(shì)越來(lái)越嚴(yán)峻,鼓勵(lì)和引導(dǎo)高校畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè),已經(jīng)成為提高高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率的重要措施之一,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育已成為各高校的必開(kāi)課程。對(duì)畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是高校的重要教學(xué)內(nèi)容。經(jīng)過(guò)多年的摸索,我國(guó)高校的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育已經(jīng)取得了很大進(jìn)步,初步形成了一套較完整的理論體系,探索出了一些有價(jià)值的實(shí)踐教學(xué)方法,但是,在資源投入、師資培養(yǎng)、教學(xué)方法、教材編寫(xiě)和教學(xué)質(zhì)量保障等方面,都有待改善和提高。 因此,民辦高校要開(kāi)展好創(chuàng)業(yè)教育就必須要提出一套行之有效的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系。文章在研究和分析國(guó)內(nèi)外創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合江西省民辦高校的實(shí)際情況,通過(guò)研究分析高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式,闡述了民辦高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系的架構(gòu),詳細(xì)論述了高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程體系、高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育制度體系、高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的保障體系和高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育質(zhì)量評(píng)估體系等為主要內(nèi)容的創(chuàng)業(yè)教學(xué)教育體系,創(chuàng)新性的提出了以創(chuàng)業(yè)知識(shí)教育、創(chuàng)業(yè)體驗(yàn)教育和創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)教育為主要內(nèi)容的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念框架,為促進(jìn)我國(guó)民辦高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育深入發(fā)展提供新的思路與方法。
[Abstract]:As the employment situation becomes more and more severe, encouraging and guiding college graduates to start a business has become one of the important measures to improve the employment rate of college graduates, and entrepreneurship education has become a compulsory course in all colleges and universities. Entrepreneurship education for graduates is an important teaching content in colleges and universities. After many years of exploration, entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in our country has made great progress, and a relatively complete theoretical system has been initially formed, and some valuable practical teaching methods have been explored. However, in terms of resource input, teacher training, Teaching methods, textbook compilation and teaching quality guarantee need to be improved and improved. Therefore, a set of effective entrepreneurship education system must be put forward in order to carry out entrepreneurship education in private colleges and universities. On the basis of studying and analyzing the theory of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad and combining with the actual situation of private colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, this paper expounds the structure of entrepreneurship education system in private colleges and universities by studying and analyzing the mode of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. The course system of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the system of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the guarantee system of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and the quality evaluation system of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities are discussed in detail. This paper creatively puts forward the framework of entrepreneurship education, which mainly consists of knowledge education, experience education and quality education, which provides new ideas and methods for the further development of entrepreneurship education in private colleges and universities in China.
