【摘要】：高校學(xué)生是網(wǎng)民中對社會熱點現(xiàn)象反映最為活躍、最為積極同時也是最為敏感的群體,他們?nèi)找鎯A向于通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)來表達(dá)自己對社會焦點問題或熱點事件的看法。由于大學(xué)生群體的特殊性,高校學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情要尤為注意,一旦處理不當(dāng),演變?yōu)閺?fù)雜的群體性情緒,很可能爆發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件。因此,本文以心理學(xué)、傳播學(xué)、思想政治教育學(xué)等理論為研究基礎(chǔ),以部分四川高校大學(xué)生為樣本,對其進(jìn)行了一系列的網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為心理的調(diào)查分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上最終形成了一套科學(xué)有效、可操作的高校學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情引導(dǎo)與管理工作機(jī)制,旨在為我國高校學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情管理工作提供參考意見,以期能夠利用該套管理機(jī)制準(zhǔn)確把握大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想和心理動態(tài),進(jìn)行良好的輿情疏通和引導(dǎo)工作,為高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情管理者提供客觀、科學(xué)、準(zhǔn)確的信息。最后再運(yùn)用以上調(diào)查分析的研究結(jié)論進(jìn)行大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件的實例分析,進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的對策研究,以期能夠更好地應(yīng)對大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件,便于管理者進(jìn)行高效率的決策,確保高校和諧穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:College students are the most active, most active and most sensitive groups of social hot spots among netizens. They are increasingly inclined to express their views on the issues of social focus or hot events through the network. As a complex group emotion, it is very likely to break out the network mass events. Therefore, this paper, based on the theory of psychology, communication and ideological and political education, takes a series of investigation and analysis of network behavior psychology of some college students in Sichuan as a sample. On this basis, a set of science has been formed. The effective and operational mechanism of network public opinion guidance and management of college students is designed to provide reference for the management of network public opinion for college students in our country, in order to make good use of this set of management mechanism to accurately grasp the network thought and psychological dynamics of college students, to conduct good public opinion and guidance, for the management of network public opinion in Colleges and universities. Provide objective, scientific and accurate information. Finally, we use the conclusions of the above investigation and analysis to carry out an example analysis of the college students' network group events, and carry out the corresponding countermeasures in order to better cope with the college students' network group events, facilitate the managers to make efficient decisions, and ensure the harmonious and stable health development of colleges and universities.
