【摘要】：目的:研究大學(xué)生感恩和幸福感的現(xiàn)狀及其關(guān)系。方法:采用大學(xué)生感戴問卷和大學(xué)生主觀幸福感量表對227名在校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查和測量,對所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)、One-Way ANOVA檢驗(yàn)、Pearson相關(guān)分析和逐步法多重線性回歸分析。結(jié)果:(1)大學(xué)生幸福感的總分及各因子得分(除消極情緒因子外)都在介于3.00~3.99之間,消極情緒因子2.36±0.84分。感戴總均分為及各因子(除感戴頻度外)均高于4.00分。(2)女生在幸福感總均分(t=2.115,P0.05)及自我滿意(t=2.548,P0.05)、人際關(guān)系(t=2.845,P0.01)方面高于男生,消極情緒(t=2.036,P0.05)低于男生;感戴總均分(t=3.131,P0.01)及感戴頻度(t=3.569,P0.001)和感戴廣度(t=2.098,P0.01)上均高于男生。城市學(xué)生的感戴總均分(t=2.126,P0.05)和感戴密度(t=3.154,P0.001)高于農(nóng)村學(xué)生。獨(dú)生子女和非獨(dú)生子女在幸福感和感戴總均及各因子上均沒有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。不同月生活費(fèi)水平的大學(xué)生,其幸福感的消極情緒(f=5.036,P0.01)、社會(huì)性行為(f=2.804,P0.05)和感戴深度(f=3.510,P0.05)因子方面有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。(3)大學(xué)生感戴總均分及各因子均與幸福感總均分及各因子(消極情緒除外)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.217~0.676,均P0.01),與幸福感的消極情緒呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.192~-0.438,均P0.01)。感戴四個(gè)因子聯(lián)合起來能夠預(yù)測主觀幸福感51.4%的變異量。結(jié)論:大學(xué)生感恩和幸福感水平都較高,感恩對幸福感有較強(qiáng)的預(yù)測作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the present situation and relationship between gratitude and well-being of college students. Methods: 227 college students were investigated and measured with the college students' feeling of feeling and wearing questionnaire and college students' subjective Well-being scale. The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise multiple linear regression analysis with One-Way ANOVA test. Results (1) the total score of happiness and the scores of each factor (except negative emotion factor) were between 3.00 and 3.99, and the negative emotion factor was 2.36 鹵0.84. The total score of feeling and wearing was higher than that of male students (except for the frequency of feeling wearing) the total mean score of well-being was 2.115% (P 0.05), self-satisfaction was 2.548% (P 0.05), interpersonal relationship was 2.84 5 (P 0.01), negative emotion (t 2.036) was lower than that of boys (P 0.05). The total average score of sensual wearing was 3.131 (P0.01), the frequency of sensual wearing was 3.569m (P0.001) and the width of sensual wearing was 2.098g / P0.01), which was higher than that of boys. The total mean score and density of sensory wear of urban students were 2.126 and 3.154, respectively, which were higher than those of rural students. There was no statistical difference between only child and non-only child in the total and all factors of happiness and feeling. College students with different monthly living standards, There were significant differences in negative emotion (5.036), social behavior (2.804) (P 0.05) and feeling depth (3.510) (P 0.05). 3) there was a positive correlation between the total average score of feeling and wearing and the total average score of well-being and the factors (except negative emotion) of college students (except negative emotion). There was a negative correlation between P0.01and the negative emotion of well-being (P < 0.01), and there was a negative correlation between r and 0.1922 ~ (-0.438), respectively (P < 0.01). The combination of four factors could predict 51.4% variation of subjective well-being. Conclusion: the level of gratitude and well-being of college students are high, Thanksgiving has a strong predictive effect on well-being.
