【摘要】：高校藝術(shù)類大學生的個性特征決定了其群體思想政治教育中人文關(guān)懷的現(xiàn)狀和問題。人文關(guān)懷在高校藝術(shù)類大學生思想政治教育中不無必要。因此,增強其思想政治理論課的吸引力,構(gòu)建長效的人文關(guān)懷和心理疏導機制,構(gòu)建責權(quán)分明的高校輔導員工作機制,充分發(fā)揮專業(yè)課教師的育人優(yōu)勢,從而構(gòu)建人文關(guān)懷在其群體思想政治教育中的實現(xiàn)途徑,保證其健康成長。
[Abstract]:The personality characteristics of college art students determine the status and problems of humanistic care in their group ideological and political education. Humanistic care is not necessary in the ideological and political education of college art college students. Therefore, to strengthen the attraction of the ideological and political theory course, to build a long effective human concern and psychological guidance mechanism, and to build a clear responsibility. The working mechanism of college counselors will give full play to the educational advantages of the professional teachers, so as to construct the ways to realize the humanistic care in their group ideological and political education, and to ensure their healthy growth.
