批評與自我批評及其在大學生思想道德教育中的運用

【摘要】:在大學生思想道德教育中經常開展批評與自我批評有重要作用,由于這種原因,我試圖以所學的思想政治教育專業(yè)知識作為基礎,根據黨內有關批評與自我批評的歷史經驗,借鑒馬克思主義的歷史唯物主義和辯證唯物主義的基本原理,試圖把理論和實際完美的結合,探究在大學生思想道德教育中怎樣進行批評與自我批評的主要內容,論文包括以下部分:第一部分前言,第二部分論述批評與自我批評的含義和特點,第三部批評與自我批評在大學生思想道德教育中運用存在的問題,第五部分為批評與自我批評在大學生思想道德教育中的主要運用原則、運用形式和運用方法。通過對文獻資料去粗取精的收集和加工,本文認為應該將批評與自我批評落實運用到我們大學生思想道德教育中來,選擇恰當的方法更能讓思想道德教育起到事半功倍的效果,當然大學生由于知識缺乏、方法片面、認識存盲點的原因,制約批評與自我批評運用;但我們可以根據事項的嚴重程度,受批評者或自我批評者的心理承受能力,批評者的語言、技巧、邏輯和情感,獎懲措施和檢查督促;以提出問題要“準”,抓主要矛盾,剖析問題要“深”,找問題根源,解決方案要“實”,對癥下藥,檢查整改要“嚴”,落實“三嚴”為原則,采取大學生撰寫個人自我批評報告,教師、輔導員等對大學生進行個別、私下批評,公開點名批評、自我批評或不點名批評,通報批評等靈活方式,科學確定要批評的事項、形式和場合,擇取優(yōu)秀大學生黨員帶頭組織和開展批評與自我批評,必要時輔之以相應的激勵方式,建立事后檢查督促機制就能盡可能在大學生中運用好批評與自我批評這個強大的作風。
[Abstract]:It is important to carry out criticism and self criticism in college students' Ideological and moral education. For this reason, I try to base on the professional knowledge of Ideological and political education, and draw on the basic principles of Marx's historical materialism and dialectical materialism according to the historical experience of the relevant criticism and self criticism in the party. It tries to combine theory with reality perfectly to explore the main contents of how to criticize and self criticize in the ideological and moral education of college students. The thesis includes the following parts: the first part is preface, the second part discusses the meaning and characteristics of criticism and self criticism, and the use of the third criticism and self criticism in the ideological and moral education of College Students The fifth part is the main application principle of criticism and self criticism in the ideological and moral education of college students, the use of forms and methods of application. Through the collection and processing of the collection and processing of the literature materials, this article thinks that the implementation of criticism and self criticism should be applied to the ideological and moral education of our college students, and the appropriate choice is to be chosen. The method can make the ideological and moral education more effective. Of course, the college students, due to the lack of knowledge, a one-sided method of knowledge, and the reason for the existence of the blind spot, restrict the use of criticism and self criticism; but we can be subjected to the psychological ability of the critics or self critics according to the seriousness of the matter, the language, skill, logic and the logic of the critics. Emotion, reward and punishment measures and inspection and urge; to put forward the question "quasi", grasp the main contradiction, analyze the problem "deep", find the root of the problem, the solution should be "real", the remedy should be "strict", the reform should be "strict", the "three strict" as the principle, the students write a self criticism report, teachers, counselors and so on college students to carry out a Do not, private criticism, public name criticism, self criticism or non name criticism, notified criticisms and other flexible ways, scientifically determine the matters to be criticized, forms and occasions, select outstanding college students to take the lead in organizing and carrying out criticism and self-criticism, when necessary, supplemented by the corresponding incentive methods, and establishing an ex post inspection supervision mechanism can be done as much as possible. It is a good way to use criticism and self criticism in college students.
