研究型大學(xué)創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:工程技術(shù)科學(xué)深刻影響著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展和人們的生活樣式,伴隨全球化進(jìn)程和國(guó)際社會(huì)分工的加劇,這一影響更多的被人關(guān)注和接受。工程教育作為工程技術(shù)科學(xué)傳承、創(chuàng)新的重要載體,為培養(yǎng)工程技術(shù)人才,解決工程活動(dòng)中遇到的實(shí)際問題做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。 本文立足工程教育的時(shí)代背景,針對(duì)工程領(lǐng)域的變化及其對(duì)工程人才需求,按照高等教育發(fā)展規(guī)律對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)工程教育改革發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究,系統(tǒng)分析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)工程教育面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和問題,通過(guò)對(duì)創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才特質(zhì)分析以及國(guó)外主要工程教育培養(yǎng)模式的介紹,在分析大連理工大學(xué)創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才培養(yǎng)改革成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上深刻思考我國(guó)工程人才培養(yǎng)狀況。論文從當(dāng)前我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整對(duì)創(chuàng)新型工程科技迫切需求的期盼出發(fā),結(jié)合學(xué)界對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)代大學(xué)辦學(xué)模式及人才培養(yǎng)的定位,構(gòu)思了研究型大學(xué)創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才培養(yǎng)模式的辦學(xué)定位,以豐富創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才培養(yǎng)途徑,建立寓教于研的創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才培養(yǎng)模式為目標(biāo),從辦學(xué)定位、人才培養(yǎng)途徑、國(guó)際合作與交流、師資隊(duì)伍以及產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作模式等多方面進(jìn)行了論述。文中論述的培養(yǎng)模式探析,結(jié)合我國(guó)工程教育發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和工程人才培養(yǎng)的基本規(guī)律,在理順高等學(xué)校辦學(xué)定位的前提下對(duì)研究型大學(xué)工程教育培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才的培養(yǎng)模式提出了改革建議,更加突出加強(qiáng)通識(shí)教育和人才培養(yǎng)的多樣性。 文章所提及的改革建議和想法,都是以當(dāng)前我國(guó)研究型大學(xué)培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才的實(shí)際需要為出發(fā)點(diǎn),具有較強(qiáng)的可操作性,希望這些建議和想法為我國(guó)創(chuàng)新型工程人才的培養(yǎng)起到參考作用。
[Abstract]:Engineering technology science deeply affects the development of economy and society and the life style of people. Along with the globalization process and the intensification of the division of labor in the international society, this influence has been paid more attention and accepted by people. Engineering education, as an important carrier of scientific inheritance and innovation of engineering technology, has made great contributions to training engineering technical talents and solving practical problems encountered in engineering activities. In view of the changes in engineering field and the demand for engineering talents, the reform and development of engineering education in China are studied according to the law of the development of higher education, and the challenges and problems faced by engineering education in China are systematically analyzed. Through the analysis of the characteristics of innovative engineering science and technology talents and the introduction of the main engineering education and training models abroad, Based on the analysis of the successful experience in the reform of innovative engineering talents training in Dalian University of Technology, this paper thinks deeply about the status of engineering talents training in China. From the current economic transformation and industrial structure adjustment of our country for the urgent need of innovative engineering science and technology, combined with the academic orientation of the current mode of running a university in China and talent training. This paper conceive the educational orientation of innovative engineering science and technology talents training mode in research universities, aiming at enriching the ways of cultivating innovative engineering science and technology talents, and establishing the innovative engineering science and technology talents training mode with teaching and research as the goal. The ways of talent training, international cooperation and exchange, teaching staff and cooperation mode of production, learning and research are discussed in this paper. The article discusses the training mode, combining with the development of engineering education in our country and the basic law of engineering talents training. On the premise of straightening out the orientation of running a university, this paper puts forward some reform suggestions on the training mode of innovative engineering science and technology talents in the engineering education of research university. The reform suggestions and ideas mentioned in this paper are based on the actual needs of cultivating innovative engineering science and technology talents in the research universities of our country, and have strong maneuverability. Hope that these suggestions and ideas for the training of innovative engineering talents play a reference role.
