【摘要】:統(tǒng)一寄宿生活使得同輩群體作為影響大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度的重要因素,隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng),同輩群體對(duì)青年大學(xué)生的影響愈加深刻,處于青春期的大學(xué)生通過(guò)與身邊的同輩群體進(jìn)行比較,以獲得適當(dāng)?shù)淖晕以u(píng)價(jià)與積極的社會(huì)認(rèn)同,在這種比較過(guò)程中,同輩群體的態(tài)度就如同一個(gè)巨大的心理場(chǎng),影響著群體當(dāng)中每一個(gè)個(gè)體的態(tài)度。本文在梳理大學(xué)生同輩群體與學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度相關(guān)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用實(shí)證的方法對(duì)同輩群體對(duì)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度的影響進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,向徐州地區(qū)多所高校245名同學(xué)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,12名同學(xué)深入訪談。通過(guò)SPSS17.0對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析得知,同輩群體在認(rèn)知水平、情緒體驗(yàn)、行為意向三個(gè)方面均對(duì)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度產(chǎn)生影響,且在性別、年級(jí)、專(zhuān)業(yè)等方面存在差異,研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)同輩群體中的意見(jiàn)領(lǐng)袖充當(dāng)著群體學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度“把關(guān)人”的角色,對(duì)小團(tuán)體學(xué)習(xí)氛圍的營(yíng)造有著關(guān)鍵作用。為克服同輩群體對(duì)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度的消極影響,研究者認(rèn)為可以從高校和學(xué)生兩個(gè)方面做出努力:一方面,學(xué)校應(yīng)重視同輩群體對(duì)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度的影響,建立學(xué)習(xí)共同體;加強(qiáng)校內(nèi)學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè),營(yíng)造積極向上的學(xué)習(xí)“場(chǎng)域”;另一方面,大學(xué)生應(yīng)當(dāng)樹(shù)立良好的交友觀,選擇合適的社會(huì)比較坐標(biāo);強(qiáng)化自我認(rèn)同感,理性獲取社會(huì)認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:The unity of boarding life makes the peer group as an important factor affecting the learning attitude of college students. With the increase of age, the peer group has more and more profound influence on the young college students. In the process of comparison, the attitude of the peer group is like a huge psychological field, in order to obtain proper self-evaluation and positive social identity. Affect the attitude of every individual in the group. On the basis of combing the related concepts of peer group and learning attitude of college students, this paper investigates the influence of peer group on learning attitude of college students by using empirical method. A questionnaire survey of 245 students in Xuzhou was conducted. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. The results showed that the peer group had an effect on the learning attitude of college students in three aspects: cognitive level, emotional experience and behavioral intention, and there were differences in gender, grade, specialty and so on. It is also found that opinion leaders in peer groups act as gatekeepers of group learning attitudes and play a key role in creating learning atmosphere for small groups. In order to overcome the negative influence of peer groups on college students' learning attitude, researchers believe that efforts can be made from two aspects: on the one hand, schools should attach importance to the influence of peer groups on students' learning attitudes and establish learning communities; On the other hand, college students should set up a good concept of making friends, choose appropriate social comparison coordinate, strengthen their self-identity and rationally obtain social identity.
