【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代中期以來(lái)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為一種飛速發(fā)展的傳播媒介越來(lái)越多地成為全球重要的信息資源，它的影響已滲透到社會(huì)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。在對(duì)新鮮事物，創(chuàng)新知識(shí)的敏感和關(guān)注上，大學(xué)生始終是走在時(shí)代的前沿，他們也擔(dān)當(dāng)著富強(qiáng)中國(guó)的歷史使命。而對(duì)于受網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)影響最大的群體應(yīng)該數(shù)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生。以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為載體的新型文化——網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化，逐漸滲透到大學(xué)校園，并迅速與校園文化融合形成一種新的校園文化形式——高校校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化。校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)成為大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)，傳遞信息、表達(dá)思想、交流感情的重要渠道，成為高校傳播先進(jìn)文化和培育高素質(zhì)人才的重要陣地。 然而，網(wǎng)絡(luò)的飛速發(fā)展使高校校園中的傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育管理受到了嚴(yán)重的沖擊；其迅猛的發(fā)展也給高校校園中的傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育內(nèi)容帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn)。面對(duì)新形式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育環(huán)境，在開(kāi)闊大學(xué)生視野、促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)、豐富知識(shí)的同時(shí)，也對(duì)大學(xué)生的價(jià)值取向、道德觀念和行為方式等產(chǎn)生著負(fù)面影響，作為高校的教育管理者應(yīng)該清醒的認(rèn)識(shí)到，我們應(yīng)以民主性、穩(wěn)定性、針對(duì)性、時(shí)效性原則作為指導(dǎo)，認(rèn)真研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的特點(diǎn)及其發(fā)展規(guī)律，充分發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的思想政治教育功能，這對(duì)于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)新形勢(shì)下大學(xué)生思想政治教育，培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 本文以對(duì)在校大學(xué)生的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及對(duì)高校從事思想政治教育工作者行政管理人員和專業(yè)授課教師的訪談方式進(jìn)行。同時(shí)結(jié)合了中央關(guān)于加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)和管理的最新文件精神，針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)中如何提高高校學(xué)生思想政治教育工作提出幾點(diǎn)意見(jiàn)：一是提高思想政治教育工作者的綜合素質(zhì)，包括思想政治素質(zhì)、科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)，轉(zhuǎn)變高校思想政治教育工作者的教育觀念；二是提高當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化素質(zhì)，包括培養(yǎng)和樹立大學(xué)生健康高尚的網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德觀念，，提高大學(xué)生運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的能力，加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育；三是加強(qiáng)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)和管理，包括豐富高校思想政治教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源，加強(qiáng)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的信息引導(dǎo)和監(jiān)控、凈化網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境，加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等等。這“三點(diǎn)思考”，立足于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育，提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量這個(gè)目標(biāo)，從思想政治教育的主體即施教者和受教者著眼，就網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化背景下如何提高思想政治教育工作者素質(zhì)、如何提高大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化素質(zhì)、如何加強(qiáng)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化管理提出自已的看法，為促進(jìn)高校加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the mid-1990s, the network, as a rapidly developing medium, has become an important information resource in the world, and its influence has penetrated into all fields of society. College students are always at the forefront of the times in the sensitivity and attention to new things and innovative knowledge, and they are also undertaking the historical mission of rich and powerful China. For the most affected by network information technology groups should be contemporary college students. The network culture, which is a new type of culture with the network as the carrier, has gradually penetrated into the university campus, and quickly merged with the campus culture to form a new form of campus culture, that is, the campus network culture in colleges and universities. Campus network has become an important channel for college students to learn knowledge, transmit information, express ideas, exchange feelings, and become an important position for colleges and universities to spread advanced culture and cultivate high-quality talents. With the rapid development of the network, the traditional ideological and political education management in the university campus has been seriously impacted, and its rapid development has also brought challenges to the traditional ideological and political education content in the university campus. Facing the new network education environment, it not only broadens the university students' vision, promotes the study, enriches the knowledge, but also has the negative influence on the value orientation, the moral idea and the behavior way of the college students. As educational administrators in colleges and universities, we should soberly realize that we should take the principles of democracy, stability, pertinence and timeliness as the guidance to study the characteristics and development laws of network culture. Giving full play to the function of ideological and political education of network culture can strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students under the new situation. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to train qualified constructors and reliable successors of socialist cause. This paper gives a questionnaire survey to college students and administrative and professional personnel engaged in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The interview method of the teaching teacher is carried out. At the same time, it combines the spirit of the latest documents of the Central Committee on strengthening the construction and management of network culture, This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the ideological and political education of college students in the construction of network culture: first, to improve the comprehensive quality of ideological and political education workers, including ideological and political quality, scientific and cultural quality. The second is to improve the network cultural quality of contemporary college students, including to cultivate and establish the healthy and noble network moral concept of college students, and to improve the ability of college students to use the network. Third, strengthening the construction and management of the campus network culture, including enriching the network resources of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, strengthening the information guidance and monitoring of the campus network culture, and purifying the network environment.
