【摘要】：針對我國工程管理教育中存在的學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力不強(qiáng)等問題以及社會發(fā)展對工程管理從業(yè)者的新要求,借鑒在游戲中廣泛應(yīng)用的成就系統(tǒng)理念,提出一種能適當(dāng)放開教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)對學(xué)生的束縛,為學(xué)生提供更大自主創(chuàng)新和實(shí)踐空間,能提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)主動性、創(chuàng)造性的工程管理教育模式,為工程管理專業(yè)教學(xué)提供一種新的改革思路。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in engineering management education in our country, such as the weak practical ability of students and the new requirements of social development for engineering management practitioners, this paper draws lessons from the concept of achievement system, which is widely used in the game. This paper puts forward a kind of project management education mode which can properly release the shackles of teaching links to students, provide students with more independent innovation and practice space, and can improve students' learning initiative and creativity. It provides a new way of reform for the teaching of engineering management specialty.
