【摘要】:加強(qiáng)、改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育是學(xué)校的一項(xiàng)重要工作。思想政治教育要素的有效性,,是制約大學(xué)生思想政治教育有效性的前提條件。本文在思想政治教育要素相關(guān)理論指導(dǎo)下,對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育要素的內(nèi)涵、功能、相互作用及其與大學(xué)生思想政治教育有效性的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了較為深入、系統(tǒng)的研究,為探索大學(xué)生思想政治教育有效性提供基礎(chǔ)性研究成果。 課題采用多種研究方法特別是問卷調(diào)查法,根據(jù)課題論文寫作提綱和相關(guān)理論要點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)問卷,按照概率抽樣原理和分層抽樣方法,組織問卷調(diào)查,收集、統(tǒng)計(jì)信息。 論文共分四個(gè)部分: 一、介紹論文選題的背景、意義,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及研究思路和方法等。 二、簡述思想政治教育要素有效性研究的理論基礎(chǔ),主要包括教育者、教育對(duì)象、教育目的、教育內(nèi)容、教育方法、教育情境等六個(gè)要素的基本內(nèi)涵、功能及思想政治教育有效性對(duì)要素提出的要求等。 三、展示內(nèi)蒙古工業(yè)大學(xué)大學(xué)生思想政治教育中六個(gè)要素運(yùn)行及有效性現(xiàn)狀。 四、根據(jù)“現(xiàn)狀”反映的突出問題提出加強(qiáng)內(nèi)蒙古工業(yè)大學(xué)大學(xué)生思想政治教育要素有效性的對(duì)策,主要是:進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮教師的主導(dǎo)作用;促進(jìn)大學(xué)生主體性與客體性的統(tǒng)一;認(rèn)真搞好思想政治教育內(nèi)容的轉(zhuǎn)換;努力探索教育方法和教育模式的創(chuàng)新等。 課題經(jīng)過對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古工業(yè)大學(xué)各要素有效性的研究,基本搞清了要素有效性的基本情況及其生成條件,主要包括教育者的主體意識(shí)、主體素質(zhì),教育對(duì)象的接受主體意識(shí)及知識(shí)準(zhǔn)備、接受力,教育目的的雙適應(yīng)性、整體性及實(shí)踐性以及與教育內(nèi)容轉(zhuǎn)換密切相關(guān)的透徹性、契合性問題等。 課題把貫徹落實(shí)黨的教育方針同學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)用思想政治教育有效性相關(guān)理論結(jié)合起來,對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古工業(yè)大學(xué)大學(xué)生思想政治教育要素的基本情況進(jìn)行了較為深入系統(tǒng)的研究,有針對(duì)性地提出了加強(qiáng)、改進(jìn)意見,具有積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:To strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students is an important work of the school. The validity of ideological and political education elements is the precondition of restricting the validity of ideological and political education of college students. Under the guidance of the relevant theory of ideological and political education, this paper makes a deep and systematic study on the connotation, function, interaction and the relationship between the elements of ideological and political education and the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students. In order to explore the validity of college students' ideological and political education, the thesis adopts many research methods, especially the questionnaire survey method, designs the questionnaire according to the outline of the thesis writing and the relevant theoretical points. According to the principle of probability sampling and stratified sampling, organizing questionnaires, collecting and statistical information, the paper is divided into four parts: first, introducing the background, significance, current research situation, research ideas and methods of this paper. This paper briefly describes the theoretical basis of the research on the effectiveness of ideological and political education elements, including the basic connotations of six elements, including educators, educational objects, educational purposes, educational contents, educational methods, educational contexts, etc. Function and effectiveness of ideological and political education, etc. Third, it shows the operation and effectiveness of six elements in ideological and political education of industrial college students in Inner Mongolia. According to the outstanding problems reflected in the present situation, the countermeasures to strengthen the effectiveness of the ideological and political education elements of the industrial college students in Inner Mongolia are put forward, which are as follows: further exerting the leading role of the teachers, promoting the unity of the subjectivity and the objectiveness of the college students; The contents of ideological and political education should be changed well, the innovation of educational methods and modes should be explored, etc. After the research on the effectiveness of various elements of Inner Mongolia University of Technology, It makes clear the basic situation of the effectiveness of the elements and its generating conditions, including the subject consciousness of the educator, the subject quality, the acceptance subject consciousness and the knowledge preparation of the educational object, the receptivity and the double adaptability of the educational purpose. Integrity and practicality, as well as the problems of thoroughness and conformity closely related to the transformation of educational contents. The subject combines the implementation of the Party's educational policy with the study and application of relevant theories on the effectiveness of ideological and political education. This paper makes a deep and systematic study on the basic conditions of ideological and political education for industrial college students in Inner Mongolia, and puts forward some suggestions for strengthening and improving, which is of positive practical significance.
