【摘要】：隨著高等教育事業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,我國高校在讀女大學(xué)生數(shù)量不斷增長。但迅速的發(fā)展也暴露出了越來越多的問題,“急嫁族”、“畢婚族”、傍大款等的出現(xiàn),讓人越來越關(guān)注女大學(xué)生這個(gè)群體。培養(yǎng)女大學(xué)生的獨(dú)立人格對培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的女性工作者、對社會(huì)的進(jìn)步具有重要的意義。 近年來,對獨(dú)立人格和大學(xué)生獨(dú)立人格的研究越來越多。本文把女大學(xué)生作為一個(gè)特定環(huán)境下的整體進(jìn)行獨(dú)立人格問題研究,結(jié)合對閩南高校學(xué)生的問卷調(diào)查,并通過走訪調(diào)查,分析女大學(xué)生獨(dú)立人格的現(xiàn)狀,存在的問題,并進(jìn)行原因分析,為高校思想政治工作者在教育和引導(dǎo)女大學(xué)生獨(dú)立人格的健康形成提供一定的理論依據(jù)和指導(dǎo)方法,為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)更加優(yōu)秀的女大學(xué)生提供一定參考。 本文通過走訪調(diào)查和對問卷的數(shù)據(jù)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)女大學(xué)生的獨(dú)立人格現(xiàn)狀是：橫向上比,男生的獨(dú)立人格比女生的獨(dú)立人格占優(yōu)勢；縱向上比,整體上女生的獨(dú)立性特別是思想上的獨(dú)立呈進(jìn)步狀態(tài)。具有獨(dú)立人格的女生自信、勇于面對人生的挫折、對未來有明確的目標(biāo)；獨(dú)立人格缺失的女生表現(xiàn)有：她們過分關(guān)注自我、缺乏自信、缺少主見,總想借助外在力量解決問題。女大學(xué)生獨(dú)立人格缺失的主要原因有來自社會(huì)、家庭、教育、女大學(xué)生自身四個(gè)方面,它們不同程度的影響了女大學(xué)生獨(dú)立人格的形成。所以,要加強(qiáng)對女大學(xué)生獨(dú)立人格的培養(yǎng),具體有四個(gè)途徑。第一,社會(huì)注重制度和文化建設(shè),創(chuàng)造和諧的隱形育人環(huán)境。第二,加強(qiáng)高校教育,發(fā)揮高校教育的提升作用,特別是應(yīng)該發(fā)揮地方文化特色,比如閩南地區(qū)可以讓惠安女精神走進(jìn)校園,開設(shè)特色課程,培養(yǎng)女大學(xué)生自信、自主、自立、自強(qiáng)。第三,家庭應(yīng)樹立正確的女性觀,父母樹立榜樣,發(fā)揮家庭教育的基礎(chǔ)性作用。第四,加強(qiáng)女大學(xué)生自身建設(shè),促進(jìn)獨(dú)立人格的健康成長。形成社會(huì)、高校、家庭和女大學(xué)生“四位一體”的全方位教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of higher education, the number of female college students is increasing. However, the rapid development also exposed more and more problems. The emergence of "marriage rush family", "graduate marriage family", and other big money makes people pay more and more attention to the female college students. The cultivation of independent personality of female college students is of great significance to the training of excellent female workers and to the progress of society. In recent years, more and more researches have been made on independent personality and independent personality of college students. This paper studies the independent personality of female college students as a whole under a specific environment, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the independent personality of female college students by means of a questionnaire survey on the college students in the south of Fujian Province, and an investigation on the independent personality of female college students. In order to provide some theoretical basis and guiding methods for the ideological and political workers in colleges and universities to educate and guide the healthy formation of independent personality of female college students, Through the investigation and data analysis of the questionnaire, it is found that the independent personality status of female college students is: horizontal comparison, The independent personality of boys is superior to that of girls, and the independence of girls as a whole, especially ideological independence, is progressive. The female students with independent personality are confident, brave to face the setbacks of life, and have clear goals for the future. The female students with lack of independent personality show that they pay too much attention to themselves, lack self-confidence, lack of self-determination, and always want to solve problems with external force. The main reasons of female college students' lack of independent personality come from four aspects of society, family, education and female college students themselves, which affect the formation of independent personality of female college students in varying degrees. Therefore, there are four ways to strengthen the cultivation of independent personality of female college students. First, the society pays attention to the system and the cultural construction, creates the harmonious invisible education environment. Second, we should strengthen higher education and give full play to the promotion of higher education. In particular, local cultural characteristics should be brought into play. For example, the South Fujian region can let Hui'an female spirit enter the campus, offer special courses, and cultivate female college students' self-confidence, independence and self-reliance. Strengthen yourself. Third, the family should set a correct view of women, parents set an example, and play a fundamental role in family education. Fourth, strengthen female college students self-construction, promote the healthy growth of independent personality. Form a social, college, family and female students "four-in-one" all-round education network.
