H大學師資管理模式研究

【摘要】:作為高等教育的中堅力量,一所高校的教師素質(zhì)高低,直接決定著該高校的質(zhì)量,教師素質(zhì)是高等教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展的可靠保證。面對人才的激烈競爭,建立起一支一流的高校的師資隊伍并將其管理好,是擺在高校面前的一項艱巨而緊迫的任務(wù)。針對這種現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)高校學科特色和師資隊伍成長狀況,把協(xié)同理論運用于高校師資隊伍管理模式并對之進行系統(tǒng)性探討,初步構(gòu)建起師資隊伍管理的協(xié)同理論模式,具有一定的理論價值和實踐意義。 結(jié)合理論研究和實證研究,采用文獻檢索法、實地調(diào)查法、專家咨詢法等方法。首先從研究型大學師資管理模式的理論出發(fā),探索協(xié)同理論在研究型大學中的運用。其次以H大學為列,在描述其師資管理模式的已有成效和現(xiàn)存弊端的基礎(chǔ)上分析H大學師資隊伍建設(shè)面臨的形勢,然后基于協(xié)同理論和H大學師資隊伍管理的特點,運用協(xié)同理論的基本思想和方法,對高校師資進行分類管理,內(nèi)外協(xié)同。其本質(zhì)是將高校師資隊伍管理定位為機制完善的大系統(tǒng),根據(jù)學科特色和崗位特點,有效劃分為教學崗管理子系統(tǒng)、科研崗管理子系統(tǒng)和管理崗管理子系統(tǒng),,通過制定健全的人才引進、業(yè)績考核、激勵獎優(yōu)等政策法規(guī),實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)橫、縱向協(xié)同效應(yīng),內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,有效提升師資隊伍的管理水平。促進師資隊伍科學成長,推動高校人才培養(yǎng)、教育教學、科學研究、社會服務(wù)上水平、出效益。
[Abstract]:As the backbone of higher education, the quality of teachers in a university directly determines the quality of the University. The quality of the teachers is a reliable guarantee for the sustainable development of higher education. Facing the fierce competition of talents, establishing a first-class teaching staff and managing it well is an arduous and urgent task before the Colleges and universities. In view of this situation, according to the characteristics of the University and the development of the teacher team, the cooperative theory is applied to the management model of the teaching staff in Colleges and universities, and a systematic discussion is made to build up a cooperative theoretical model for the management of the teacher team, which has certain theoretical value and practical significance.
Based on the theory of literature retrieval, field investigation and expert consultation, the author first explores the application of synergistic theory to research universities based on the theory of the mode of teacher management in research universities. Secondly, it is based on the H University as the basis for describing the existing achievements and shortcomings of the teacher management model. This paper analyzes the situation of the construction of the Faculty of H University, and then, based on the characteristics of cooperative theory and the management of the Faculty of H University, uses the basic ideas and methods of the cooperative theory to classify and manage the teachers in Colleges and universities. The essence is to position the management of teachers in Colleges and universities as a system to perfect the mechanism, according to the characteristics and posts of the subject. Characteristics, effectively divided into teaching post management subsystem, scientific research post management subsystem and management post management subsystem, through the formulation of sound talent introduction, performance assessment, incentive award and other policies and regulations, to achieve systematic horizontal, vertical synergy effect, internal and external collaborative innovation, effectively raise the management level of the teacher team, and promote the scientific growth of the teachers. We will promote the level of talent training, education, scientific research and social services in universities.
