【摘要】：高校學生社團活動是大學生日常校園文化生活的重要組成部分,對學生的個人成長及校園文化建設發(fā)揮著重要的作用。具體研究當代大學生社團活動思想政治教育功能發(fā)揮的現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,能深化對活動載體功能的理解,豐富思想政治教育內容,也有助于社團活動質量的提升及健康校園文化氛圍的形成,為開展隱性思想政治教育提供理論基礎和依據(jù)。 本文對這一課題進行了較為深入的探討。全文共分四個部分：第一部分,分析加強大學生社團活動思想政治教育功能發(fā)揮的必要性。文章認為,大學生社團活動思想政治教育功能的發(fā)揮是思想政治教育的內在要求,是提升學生思想道德素質的需要,是社團組織可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要,也是凈化校園文化環(huán)境的需要；第二部分,研究當代大學生社團活動思想政治教育功能發(fā)揮的現(xiàn)狀。實證調查顯示,社團活動的育人功能、娛樂功能、交往功能發(fā)揮良好,但社會化功能薄弱、導向功能和凝聚功能欠缺、創(chuàng)新功能不足等；第三部分,探討制約大學生社團活動思想政治教育功能發(fā)揮的因素。主要從社團活動的內部運行和管理、活動的外部影響因素、活動主體的參與度三方面進行分析；第四部分,主要從社團活動的外部支持、組織的內部建設、活動的運行機制三個方面提出了充分發(fā)揮活動思想政治教育功能的對策。
[Abstract]:College student community activities are an important part of college students' daily campus cultural life, and play an important role in students' personal growth and campus culture construction. The concrete research on the present situation and influencing factors of ideological and political education function of college students' association activities can deepen the understanding of the function of activity carrier and enrich the content of ideological and political education. It is also helpful to improve the quality of community activities and the formation of healthy campus culture atmosphere, and to provide the theoretical basis and basis for the development of hidden ideological and political education. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part analyzes the necessity of strengthening the ideological and political education function of college students'community activities. The article holds that the function of ideological and political education in college students' association activities is the internal requirement of ideological and political education, the need to improve students' ideological and moral quality, and the need for the sustainable development of social organizations. It is also the need of purifying campus cultural environment. The second part is to study the current situation of ideological and political education function of contemporary college students' community activities. The empirical investigation shows that the educational function, entertainment function and communication function of the community activity play well, but the socialized function is weak, the guiding function and the condensing function are lacking, the innovation function is insufficient and so on. This paper discusses the factors restricting the function of ideological and political education in college students' association activities. Mainly from the internal operation and management of community activities, the activities of the external factors, the participation of the main body of the three aspects of the analysis; part four, mainly from the outside support of community activities, the internal construction of the organization, Three aspects of the operation mechanism of the activity put forward the countermeasures to give full play to the function of the ideological and political education of the activity.
