【摘要】：通過對高校輔導員的素質調查發(fā)現(xiàn),高校輔導員工作任務重,強度高,存在職業(yè)倦怠心理;高校提升輔導員素質措施不力,輔導員提升自身素質積極性不高。應強化管理,落實制度,在待遇、科研、職稱、培訓等方面滿足輔導員的素質提升與發(fā)展需求。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the college counselors' quality, it is found that the university counselors' work tasks are heavy, the intensity is high, and there is burnout psychology, the college counselors' quality measures are weak, and the counselors' enthusiasm to improve their own quality is not high. We should strengthen the management, carry out the system, meet the needs of the counselors in the aspects of treatment, scientific research, professional title, training and so on.
