云南與印度高等教育合作研究

【摘要】:云南與印度高等教育的國(guó)際化趨勢(shì)日益明顯。盡管中印的政治關(guān)系處于不冷不熱的狀態(tài),但是云南與印度之間的高等教育合作卻有很大的發(fā)展空間。中印兩國(guó)都是發(fā)展中國(guó)家,高等教育發(fā)展的國(guó)情基本相同,所以探討云南與印度高等教育之間的聯(lián)系是非常必要的。云南位于我國(guó)的西南部邊疆,與印度比較接近,具有與其合作天然地緣優(yōu)勢(shì)。隨著云南作為面向東南亞、南亞橋頭堡建設(shè),以及印度東向政策的完善,云南與印度的聯(lián)系將會(huì)非常密切。云南與印度的高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)將會(huì)進(jìn)行比較全面的合作,印度的高等教育將會(huì)以計(jì)算機(jī)軟件等優(yōu)勢(shì)專(zhuān)業(yè)向云南的高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)推介和引入,,云南則會(huì)將初等教育和中等教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn)推介給印度,雙方具有較強(qiáng)地互補(bǔ)性。云南在與印度的高等教育進(jìn)行合作的過(guò)程中,將會(huì)極大地提升云南的高等教育的國(guó)際化水平。 本文主要有四個(gè)章節(jié)構(gòu)成: 第一章簡(jiǎn)單介紹關(guān)于跨國(guó)高等教育內(nèi)涵;跨國(guó)高等教育的發(fā)展動(dòng)力主要來(lái)自于當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化,其次的動(dòng)力來(lái)自于信息社會(huì)的驅(qū)動(dòng);云南和印度各自跨國(guó)高等教育合作進(jìn)展;跨國(guó)高等教育合作可以提升本國(guó)高等教育的國(guó)際化水平和形象,宣傳本國(guó)的文化和價(jià)值觀,擴(kuò)大國(guó)際交流,促進(jìn)多元文化的溝通和理解。 第二章主要介紹云南與印度高等教育之間的合作機(jī)制。云南與印度高等教育整體規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大。云南與印度高等教育各自具有不同的特色以及優(yōu)劣勢(shì)。云南與印度高等教育毛入學(xué)率正在不斷提升。云南與印度高等教育專(zhuān)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷得到優(yōu)化。我們應(yīng)該因地制宜地選擇云南與印度之間的合作形式。政府在云南與印度高等教育合作中的角色定位。 第三章主要介紹云南與印度高等教育之間的合作的平臺(tái)建設(shè),其中包括語(yǔ)言選擇、信息交換、課程設(shè)置和專(zhuān)門(mén)人才的培養(yǎng)等內(nèi)容。 第四章主要介紹影響云南和印度跨國(guó)高等教育合作的因素,其中包括國(guó)家關(guān)系因素、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性因素、政策性因素、文化差異因素和經(jīng)濟(jì)制約因素等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The internationalization trend of higher education in Yunnan and India is increasingly obvious. Although the political relations between China and India are in a lukewarm state, there is much room for higher education cooperation between Yunnan and India. China and India are both developing countries, and the development of higher education is basically the same, so it is necessary to explore the relationship between Yunnan and India. Yunnan is located in the southwestern border of our country, which is close to India and has the natural geographical advantage of cooperation with it. With Yunnan as a bridgehead for Southeast Asia, South Asia and the improvement of India's eastward policy, Yunnan and India will be closely linked. Yunnan and India's higher education institutions will have more comprehensive cooperation. India's higher education will be introduced to Yunnan's higher education institutions with advantages such as computer software. Yunnan will promote the experience of primary and secondary education to India, the two sides are highly complementary. In the process of cooperation with higher education in India, Yunnan will greatly improve the internationalization of higher education in Yunnan. There are four chapters in this paper: The first chapter briefly introduces the connotation of transnational higher education: the development power of transnational higher education mainly comes from the globalization of the world economy, the second power comes from the driving force of the information society; Yunnan and India each have made progress in their transnational higher education cooperation, which can enhance the international level and image of their higher education, promote their own culture and values, and expand international exchanges. To promote multicultural communication and understanding. The second chapter mainly introduces the cooperation mechanism between Yunnan and Indian higher education. The overall scale of higher education in Yunnan and India continues to expand. Yunnan and India have different characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of higher education. The gross enrolment rate of higher education in Yunnan and India is increasing. Yunnan and India's higher education professional structure has been constantly optimized. We should choose the form of cooperation between Yunnan and India according to local conditions. The role of the government in higher education cooperation between Yunnan and India. The third chapter mainly introduces the platform construction of higher education cooperation between Yunnan and India, including language selection, information exchange, curriculum and training of specialized personnel. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the factors influencing the transnational higher education cooperation between Yunnan and India, including the factors of national relations, competitiveness, policy, cultural differences and economic constraints.
