【摘要】：我國(guó)高等學(xué)校的校醫(yī)院是設(shè)在高等學(xué)校內(nèi)、主要為師生員工提供醫(yī)療保健服務(wù)的機(jī)構(gòu)組織。校醫(yī)院為提高師生健康水平、保障高校教學(xué)科研、穩(wěn)定教學(xué)秩序和推動(dòng)高校發(fā)展發(fā)揮了很大的作用。然而,隨著高校的發(fā)展和國(guó)家醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生政策的變化、人們的醫(yī)療保健服務(wù)要求的提高,使高校醫(yī)院發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境都發(fā)生了改變,給其發(fā)展帶來(lái)了諸多困難和問(wèn)題。 SW大學(xué)校醫(yī)院位于四川,是SW大學(xué)的校醫(yī)院。如何加強(qiáng)校醫(yī)院的管理,不斷提高其醫(yī)療保健工作的質(zhì)量,是SW大學(xué)校醫(yī)院需要迫切解決的問(wèn)題。 本文將運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理等組織管理知識(shí),對(duì)SW大學(xué)校醫(yī)院的發(fā)展進(jìn)行初步探析。全文的主要內(nèi)容包括： 第一章戰(zhàn)略管理和醫(yī)院管理概述。本章分別闡述了戰(zhàn)略、戰(zhàn)略管理；醫(yī)院管理與醫(yī)院戰(zhàn)略。 第二章SW大學(xué)校醫(yī)院的發(fā)展概述。本章闡述了SW大學(xué)校醫(yī)院的發(fā)展歷史,給出了當(dāng)前發(fā)展面臨的問(wèn)題。 第三章SW大學(xué)校醫(yī)院的SWOT分析與戰(zhàn)略選擇。本章首先應(yīng)用SWOT分析方法來(lái)分析校醫(yī)院的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,以從中發(fā)現(xiàn)校醫(yī)院發(fā)展的內(nèi)部自身優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)以及外部的機(jī)遇和威脅。然后給出校醫(yī)院的定位和發(fā)展目標(biāo)。最后提出校醫(yī)院的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 第四章SW大學(xué)校醫(yī)院發(fā)展的建議。本章根據(jù)上一章中提出的校醫(yī)院的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,結(jié)合其實(shí)際情況,從戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施、戰(zhàn)略控制的角度給出了若干發(fā)展建議。 本文結(jié)合當(dāng)前SW大學(xué)校醫(yī)院發(fā)展中存在的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,對(duì)校醫(yī)院內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)以及外部的機(jī)遇與威脅進(jìn)行了SWOT分析。從戰(zhàn)略分析、戰(zhàn)略選擇、戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施和控制的流程進(jìn)行了探討。通過(guò)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)并分析了校醫(yī)院自身弊端的原因,提出了改進(jìn)建議,以使校醫(yī)院今后能更好地為師生員工的醫(yī)療保健服務(wù),促進(jìn)校醫(yī)院的全面健康與可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 筆者從管理的視角討論高校校醫(yī)院的發(fā)展,希望將所學(xué)現(xiàn)代管理知識(shí)與所在Sw大學(xué)校醫(yī)院的工作實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,學(xué)以致用。同時(shí),筆者也期望本文可以給Sw大學(xué)校醫(yī)院與其他高校校醫(yī)院的發(fā)展能提供一個(gè)參考和借鑒。 當(dāng)然,鑒于筆者知識(shí)有限,文章中疏漏或錯(cuò)誤之處,請(qǐng)各位老師不吝指正。
[Abstract]:The university hospital of our country is the organization which is located in the university and mainly provides medical and health care for the teachers and students. The hospital has played a great role in improving the health level of teachers and students, ensuring teaching and scientific research, stabilizing teaching order and promoting the development of colleges and universities. However, with the development of colleges and universities and the changes of national medical and health policies, the improvement of medical and health care service requirements of people has changed the internal and external environment of the development of university hospitals, which has brought a lot of difficulties and problems to the development of colleges and universities. SW University Hospital, located in Sichuan Province, is the university hospital of SW University. How to strengthen the management of hospital and improve the quality of medical care is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper analyzes the development of SW University Hospital by using strategic management and other organizational management knowledge. The main contents of this paper are as follows: The first chapter is an overview of strategic management and hospital management. This chapter describes the strategy, strategic management, hospital management and hospital strategy. The second chapter summarizes the development of SW University Hospital. In this chapter, the history of SW University Hospital is described, and the problems facing its development are given. Chapter 3: SWOT Analysis and Strategic Choice of SW University Hospital. In this chapter, SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the internal and external environment of the hospital, so as to find out the internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as the external opportunities and threats of the development of the hospital. Then it gives the orientation and development goal of the school hospital. Finally, the development strategy of school hospital is put forward. Chapter 4: suggestions on the development of SW University Hospital. According to the development strategy of school and hospital put forward in the last chapter and the actual situation, this chapter gives some development suggestions from the angle of strategy implementation and strategic control. Based on the practical problems existing in the development of SW University Hospital, this paper makes a SWOT analysis of the internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as the external opportunities and threats. This paper discusses the process of strategy analysis, strategy choice, strategy implementation and control. Through the research, this paper finds out and analyzes the causes of the malpractice of the hospital itself, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement, so that the hospital can better serve the health care of the teachers and students in the future, and promote the overall health and sustainable development of the school hospital. The author discusses the development of university hospitals from the perspective of management, hoping to combine the knowledge of modern management with the working practice of the hospital in SW university. At the same time, the author also hopes that this paper can provide a reference for the development of SW university hospital and other university hospitals. Of course, in view of the author's limited knowledge, the article omissions or mistakes, please do not hesitate to correct teachers.
