【摘要】：綜合性實驗是將多個相關學科的內容進行有機整合形成連續(xù)性的實驗,它充分調動了學生參與實驗的積極性,能夠使學生循序漸進地掌握知識,綜合應用知識來研究和解決問題。感染性休克是臨床常見的危重病癥,主要見于嚴重感染,特別是革蘭陰性菌感染,其中細菌內毒素起重要作用。為加強基礎醫(yī)學各學科以及與臨床醫(yī)學的融合,自2012年開始,我們聯合3個學系的力量為八年制醫(yī)學生開設綜合性實驗"內毒素性休克",該實驗內容涵蓋微生物學、病理生理學和病理解剖學等學科。實驗從培養(yǎng)革蘭氏陰性細菌和制備粗制內毒素開始,通過靜脈注射內毒素以復制感染性休克的動物模型,觀察動物休克時功能和代謝(血壓、微循環(huán)及腫瘤壞死因子)的變化,分析重要器官(肺、肝、腎)的病理變化。通過該實驗使學生對感染性休克的病因、發(fā)病機制及休克時各器官系統(tǒng)功能、代謝及形態(tài)學變化有完整的認識,加強了對多學科知識的融合,為學生即將進入臨床階段學習奠定堅實的基礎。通過該實驗的開設,我們深刻體會到,通過對傳統(tǒng)實驗內容進行必要的篩選補充,進而整合組成綜合性實驗,順應了醫(yī)學教育現代化的需要,是實現基礎醫(yī)學實驗教學改革的必由之路,也是培養(yǎng)醫(yī)學生綜合素質和創(chuàng)新能力的必備條件。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive experiment is an experiment that organically integrates the contents of many related subjects to form a continuous experiment. It fully arouses the enthusiasm of the students to participate in the experiment and enables them to master the knowledge step by step. Apply knowledge to study and solve problems. Septic shock is a common serious disease in clinic. It is mainly found in severe infection, especially Gram-negative bacteria infection, in which bacterial endotoxin plays an important role. To strengthen the integration of basic medicine disciplines and clinical medicine, we have been working with three departments since 2012 to set up a comprehensive experiment, endotoxic shock, for eight-year medical students, which covers microbiology. Pathophysiology and pathophysiology. The experiment began with the cultivation of Gram-negative bacteria and the preparation of crude endotoxin. The changes of function and metabolism (blood pressure, microcirculation and tumor necrosis factor) during shock were observed by intravenous injection of endotoxin to make the animal model of septic shock. The pathological changes of important organs (lung, liver and kidney) were analyzed. Through this experiment, the students have a complete understanding of the etiology, pathogenesis, function, metabolism and morphological changes of various organ systems during shock, and strengthen the integration of multidisciplinary knowledge. To lay a solid foundation for students to enter the clinical stage of study. Through the opening of the experiment, we deeply realized that through the necessary screening and supplement of the traditional experimental content, and then the integration of the composition of the comprehensive experiment, it conforms to the needs of the modernization of medical education. It is the only way to realize the reform of basic medical experiment teaching, and it is also the necessary condition to cultivate the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of medical students.
