【摘要】：隨著政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的發(fā)展和教師教育國際化改革趨勢(shì)的不斷推進(jìn)，目前我國師范大學(xué)教育學(xué)院在履行人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、社會(huì)服務(wù)這三大職能的過程中出現(xiàn)了瓶頸，現(xiàn)行的教師教育體制已經(jīng)表現(xiàn)出諸多的時(shí)代不適應(yīng)性，與此同時(shí)，我國師范大學(xué)教育學(xué)院也面臨合法性危機(jī)，并以認(rèn)同危機(jī)、就業(yè)危機(jī)、科研危機(jī)和服務(wù)危機(jī)等不同的危機(jī)形態(tài)表現(xiàn)出來。為順利化解各項(xiàng)危機(jī)，我國師范大學(xué)教育學(xué)院應(yīng)從各方面進(jìn)行努力。 本文以大衛(wèi)·拉伯雷的“無害-無益論”和尤爾根·哈貝馬斯的“合法性危機(jī)理論”為理論視角，結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的我國師范大學(xué)教育學(xué)院所存在的危機(jī)現(xiàn)狀，詳細(xì)剖析了目前我國師范大學(xué)教育學(xué)院在人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究和社會(huì)服務(wù)等方面出現(xiàn)的弊端，并針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象提出了相應(yīng)的解決策略和改進(jìn)方案。 論文共分五個(gè)部分。第一部分為導(dǎo)論，分別從理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)層面闡釋了問題提出的原因，另外，詳細(xì)羅列了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)綜述，并對(duì)研究內(nèi)容、研究方法和研究思路做了整體概況。第二部分為合法性危機(jī)的理論概述，對(duì)合法性危機(jī)理論的具體內(nèi)容做了詳細(xì)介紹并對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行區(qū)分。第三部分是對(duì)我國師范大學(xué)教育學(xué)院合法性危機(jī)的理論闡釋。第四部分則開始對(duì)我國師范大學(xué)教育學(xué)院的合法性危機(jī)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)實(shí)分析，包括在現(xiàn)實(shí)分析前所做的各項(xiàng)努力，如進(jìn)行調(diào)研區(qū)域篩選、問卷發(fā)放和專家訪談，通過調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)，我國師范大學(xué)教育學(xué)院合法性危機(jī)的具體表現(xiàn)形態(tài)為：認(rèn)同危機(jī)、就業(yè)危機(jī)、科研危機(jī)和服務(wù)危機(jī)。第五部分是化解我國師范大學(xué)教育學(xué)院合法性危機(jī)的策略探求：要解決認(rèn)同危機(jī)，就應(yīng)更新辦學(xué)理念，構(gòu)建嚴(yán)格的教師資格證書制度和教師教育機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)證制度，建立多元開放的教師教育體制；要解決就業(yè)危機(jī)，就要變更人才培養(yǎng)模式，調(diào)整師資結(jié)構(gòu)，優(yōu)化課程體系；要解決科研危機(jī)，，就應(yīng)貫徹洪堡原則，加強(qiáng)合作研究，健全教育科研管理體制與評(píng)價(jià)體制；要解決服務(wù)危機(jī)，就要逐步強(qiáng)化服務(wù)意識(shí)，科學(xué)定位服務(wù)范圍，適當(dāng)增加服務(wù)內(nèi)容。只有積極應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)，主動(dòng)尋求出路，才能順利的化危機(jī)為轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)。
[Abstract]:With the development of the political, economic and cultural development and the trend of the reform of the internationalization of teachers' education, there are bottlenecks in the three functions of the College of education in our normal universities in the performance of talent training, scientific research and social service. The current teacher education system has shown many times inadaptability, at the same time, I The Education College of the National Normal University is also faced with the crisis of legitimacy, and is displayed in different forms of crisis, such as identity crisis, employment crisis, scientific research crisis and service crisis. In order to smooth out various crises, the Education College of Normal University in China should make efforts from all aspects.
This paper, based on the theory of "innocuous and unbeneficial" and Jurgen Habermas's "theory of legitimacy crisis", combines the current situation of the crisis in the Education College of our normal university, which is found in the questionnaire survey, and analyzes in detail the training, scientific research and social clothing of the Education College of our normal university. This paper puts forward corresponding solutions and improvement plans for this phenomenon.
The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, which explains the reasons for the problem from both the theoretical and practical aspects. In addition, it lists the relevant literature review at home and abroad, and makes a general overview of the research content, research methods and research ideas. The second part is a summary of the theory of the legal crisis and the theory of the legitimacy crisis. The third part is the theoretical explanation of the legitimacy crisis of the Education College of our normal university. The fourth part begins to analyze the reality of the legitimacy crisis of the Education College of our normal university, including all the efforts made before the actual analysis, such as the investigation area. Through the screening, questionnaire and expert interview, it is found through investigation that the concrete manifestations of the legitimacy crisis of the Education College of our normal university are identity crisis, employment crisis, scientific research crisis and service crisis. The fifth part is to resolve the strategy of resolving the legal crisis of the Education College of Normal University of our country: to solve the identity crisis, it should be updated. In order to solve the crisis of employment, we should change the mode of talent training, adjust the structure of teachers, and optimize the curriculum system. In order to solve the crisis of scientific research, we should implement the Humboldt principle, strengthen the cooperative research and improve the education. Scientific research management system and evaluation system; to solve the service crisis, we should gradually strengthen the service consciousness, scientifically locate the service scope, and appropriately increase the content of service. Only by actively responding to the challenge and seeking a way out actively, can the crisis turn smoothly.
