【摘要】：高校輔導(dǎo)員是開展大學(xué)生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校大學(xué)生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的組織者、實(shí)施者和指導(dǎo)者,是大學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)的指導(dǎo)者和引路人。近年來(lái),隨著國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)的深刻變化,高校大學(xué)生的價(jià)值取向和思想觀念發(fā)生了重大變化,使大學(xué)生管理工作面臨的挑戰(zhàn)越來(lái)越突出,迫切要求我們加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生管理工作的實(shí)效性和針對(duì)性。輔導(dǎo)員作為大學(xué)生思想政治教育、日常行為管理的主要力量,社會(huì)、高校、家長(zhǎng)乃至學(xué)生都對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員工作提出了更高的要求。精細(xì)化管理是從企業(yè)延伸應(yīng)用到軍事、服務(wù)、醫(yī)療、政府等多領(lǐng)域的新型管理模式,是深度管理,也是細(xì)節(jié)管理。近年來(lái),精細(xì)化管理也逐漸被引入到高校教育領(lǐng)域。本論文立足于高校輔導(dǎo)員的實(shí)際工作,通過(guò)對(duì)精細(xì)化管理內(nèi)涵的基本闡述,論述精細(xì)化管理在輔導(dǎo)員工作中應(yīng)用的必要性和可行性,并提出了精細(xì)化管理在輔導(dǎo)員實(shí)際工作中的具體落實(shí)和制度保障措施,較系統(tǒng)地對(duì)精細(xì)化管理在輔導(dǎo)員工作中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行探索研究。
[Abstract]:College counselors are the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students, the organizers, implementers and guides of the daily ideological and political education and management of college students, and the guides and guides for the healthy growth of college students. In recent years, with the profound changes in the international and domestic situation, great changes have taken place in the value orientation and ideology of college students, which make the challenges facing the management of college students more and more prominent. It is urgent for us to strengthen the effectiveness and pertinence of college students' management. As the main force of college students' ideological and political education, daily behavior management, the society, universities, parents and even students have put forward higher requirements for the work of counselors. Fine management is a new management mode which extends from enterprise to military, service, medical treatment, government and so on. It is a kind of deep management and detail management. In recent years, fine management has been gradually introduced into the field of higher education. Based on the practical work of college counselors, this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of the application of refined management in the work of counselors through the basic elaboration of the connotation of fine management. The detailed management in the practical work of counselors and system protection measures are put forward, and the application of fine management in the work of counselors is explored and studied systematically.
