【摘要】：自西部大開發(fā)以來，國家不斷加大對甘肅的扶持力度，甘肅經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的發(fā)展對高層次專門人才的需求日益迫切，研究生教育為適應(yīng)和促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整提供人力資源和智力資源支持，因而如何進(jìn)一步調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與優(yōu)化研究生教育結(jié)構(gòu)，促進(jìn)兩者的協(xié)同發(fā)展，對于實(shí)施科教興省戰(zhàn)略，促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本研究采用時間序列的曲線擬合對甘肅省三大產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值進(jìn)行預(yù)測，然后通過回歸分析建立三大產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值與研究生規(guī)模的回歸模型，預(yù)測出2013——2020年甘肅省研究生在校生規(guī)模，最后利用預(yù)測出的研究生在校生規(guī)模預(yù)測出甘肅省研究生的招生數(shù)和畢業(yè)生數(shù)（其中分別包括了博士生數(shù)和碩士生數(shù)）。 第一部分為導(dǎo)論，介紹本文的問題提出、研究目的和意義、相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究方法以及研究思路。第二部分結(jié)合甘肅省的實(shí)際，從第一產(chǎn)業(yè)、第二產(chǎn)業(yè)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)等方面對甘肅省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀和問題進(jìn)行分析，，并預(yù)測未來幾年甘肅省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展趨勢。第三部分使用SPSS軟件，通過回歸分析建立三大產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值與研究生規(guī)模的回歸模型，預(yù)測出2012——2020年甘肅省研究生在校生規(guī)模，最后利用預(yù)測出的研究生在校生規(guī)模預(yù)測出甘肅省研究生的招生數(shù)和畢業(yè)生數(shù)（其中分別包括了博士生數(shù)和碩士生數(shù)）。第四部分結(jié)合甘肅實(shí)際，從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整、研究生教育結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化及相互促進(jìn)影響等方面，提出2012—2020年，甘肅省研究生教育規(guī)模和結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整對策。
[Abstract]:Since the large-scale development of the western region, the state has continuously increased its support for Gansu, and the economic and social development of Gansu is increasingly in need of high-level specialized personnel. Postgraduate education provides the support of human and intellectual resources for adapting and promoting the adjustment of industrial structure. Therefore, how to further adjust the industrial structure and optimize the structure of postgraduate education, and promote the coordinated development of the two, for the implementation of the strategy of science and education to rejuvenate the province. It is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of regional economy. In this study, the time series curve fitting was used to predict the gross domestic product of three major industries in Gansu province, and then the regression model of the three major industries and the scale of graduate students was established by regression analysis. The size of graduate students in Gansu Province from 2013 to 2020 is predicted. Finally, the number of graduate students and the number of graduates in Gansu Province are predicted by using the predicted scale of graduate students (including doctoral students and master students respectively). The first part is an introduction, which introduces the questions raised, the purpose and significance of the research, the relevant literature review, research methods and research ideas. The second part analyzes the present situation and problems of Gansu's industrial structure from the aspects of primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry, and forecasts the development trend of Gansu's industrial structure in the next few years. In the third part, by using SPSS software, the regression model of the gross product of three major industries and the scale of graduate students is established through regression analysis, and the scale of graduate students in Gansu Province from 2012-2020 to 2020 is predicted. Finally, the number of graduate students and the number of graduates in Gansu province are predicted by using the predicted scale of graduate students (including doctoral students and master students respectively). The fourth part combines the reality of Gansu Province, from the adjustment of industrial structure, the optimization of graduate education structure and mutual promotion, puts forward the adjustment countermeasures of the scale and structure of graduate education in Gansu Province from 2012-2020.
