【摘要】："微輔導"作為一種全新的輔導模式,不是對傳統(tǒng)輔導模式的簡單替換和發(fā)展,而是為應(yīng)對"微時代"背景下當代大學生全新的生存方式、全新的生活世界和全新的精神生態(tài)而產(chǎn)生的,主要是教育者以微博、微信等網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介為工具,注重個體和微觀,注重人文關(guān)懷,以學生為主體,充分運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介的便捷性、平等性、靈活性、交互性等特點,以學生喜聞樂見的形式,對學生開展?jié)撘颇�、潤物無聲、觸動心靈的輔導。"微輔導"模式以搭建與學生共同的交流平臺為基礎(chǔ),以樹立以學生為主體的教育理念為關(guān)鍵,以掌握基本的"微技巧"為核心,以具備基本的"微素養(yǎng)"為保障,形式多樣,內(nèi)容豐富。"微輔導"是引導當代大學生積極培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀的重要途徑。
