關(guān)于“微輔導”模式構(gòu)建的思考——兼論“微文化”視野下社會主義核心價值觀的培育和踐行

【摘要】:"微輔導"作為一種全新的輔導模式,不是對傳統(tǒng)輔導模式的簡單替換和發(fā)展,而是為應(yīng)對"微時代"背景下當代大學生全新的生存方式、全新的生活世界和全新的精神生態(tài)而產(chǎn)生的,主要是教育者以微博、微信等網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介為工具,注重個體和微觀,注重人文關(guān)懷,以學生為主體,充分運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介的便捷性、平等性、靈活性、交互性等特點,以學生喜聞樂見的形式,對學生開展?jié)撘颇、潤物無聲、觸動心靈的輔導。"微輔導"模式以搭建與學生共同的交流平臺為基礎(chǔ),以樹立以學生為主體的教育理念為關(guān)鍵,以掌握基本的"微技巧"為核心,以具備基本的"微素養(yǎng)"為保障,形式多樣,內(nèi)容豐富。"微輔導"是引導當代大學生積極培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:"Microtutoring" as a new mode of counseling, is not a simple replacement and development of the traditional mode of counseling, but to cope with the "micro-era" background of contemporary college students a new way of survival. The new life world and new spiritual ecology are mainly produced by educators using Weibo, WeChat and other network media as tools, paying attention to individual and micro, paying attention to humanistic concern, taking students as the main body, making full use of the convenience of network media. Equality, flexibility, interactivity, and other characteristics, in the form of students like to develop a subtle, silent, touching the soul of the guidance. " The mode of micro-tutoring is based on building a common communication platform with students, taking the concept of student-centered education as the key, mastering basic "micro-skills" as the core, and having basic "micro-literacy" as the guarantee. It's rich in content. " Microtutoring is an important way to guide contemporary college students to cultivate and practice the socialist core values.
