【摘要】：作為學(xué)術(shù)審稿的"第三只眼",學(xué)術(shù)不端文獻(xiàn)檢測系統(tǒng)自2008年研制試用到2010年系統(tǒng)升級,已引起了學(xué)術(shù)界的高度關(guān)注,從2008-2012年底已發(fā)表的文獻(xiàn)來看,在具體啟用、操作、接受學(xué)術(shù)不端文獻(xiàn)檢測系統(tǒng)的過程中,人們從初始的盲目使用到隨后的理性認(rèn)知,逐步采取了審慎、科學(xué)、客觀的態(tài)度,從而形成了對檢測系統(tǒng)多層面、深層次地理解與把握。具體表現(xiàn)為:有效性的認(rèn)同、局限性的挖掘、參考性的認(rèn)知、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)性的界定、保密性的呼吁。
[Abstract]:As the "third eye" for the academic review of manuscripts, the system for detecting academic misconduct has attracted great attention from the academic community since it was developed and tested in 2008 and then upgraded in 2010. From the literature published at the end of 2008-2012, it has been used and operated specifically. In the process of accepting the document inspection system of academic misconduct, people have gradually adopted a prudent, scientific and objective attitude from the initial blind use to the subsequent rational cognition, thus forming a multi-level, deep understanding and grasp of the detection system. The concrete performance is: validity identification, limitation mining, reference cognition, standard definition, confidentiality appeal.
