基于多元統(tǒng)計分析的學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評價

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,高校學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)越來越成為關(guān)注的熱點,對此,科學(xué)的評價系統(tǒng)也就很重要和必要。然而,目前大多高校采取的以學(xué)習(xí)成績加權(quán)平均的傳統(tǒng)評價系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)暴露出很多問題,因而如何建立科學(xué)的綜合素質(zhì)評價體系就成為素質(zhì)教育過程中亟待解決的問題。 本文采用多元統(tǒng)計的模型對大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)進(jìn)行測評,主要運用了主成分分析,因子分析及聚類分析的方法,在力保信息丟失最少的原則下,降低多變量數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)的維度,提高數(shù)據(jù)信息的分析效率。同時,本文對主成分分析法進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提出兩種改進(jìn)的方法,并與傳統(tǒng)的主成分分析法進(jìn)行比較研究。結(jié)合當(dāng)前高校課程和學(xué)生活動的設(shè)置,本文將學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)按照學(xué)業(yè)成績、社會活動、專業(yè)技能等分為9個指標(biāo),,采用上述模型,利用SPSS和MATLAB軟件,將原來各項素質(zhì)指標(biāo)組合成一組新的較少的綜合指標(biāo),盡可能多的保留原始信息,為每位同學(xué)做出較為全面、客觀、合理的評價。該方法克服了當(dāng)前各高校采用的成績加權(quán)平均對學(xué)生進(jìn)行籠統(tǒng)排隊的弊端,能夠全面綜合的對大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)進(jìn)行評價,具有良好的使用性和可操作性,并且能具體的體現(xiàn)每位學(xué)生的優(yōu)勢和特點。 通過實例分析,本文最后又進(jìn)行了總結(jié),提出模型中不完善之處,并提出一些展望。
[Abstract]:At present, the comprehensive quality of college students is becoming more and more concerned, so the scientific evaluation system is very important and necessary. However, many problems have been exposed in the traditional evaluation system based on weighted average of academic achievement, so how to establish a scientific comprehensive quality evaluation system has become an urgent problem in the process of quality education. This paper uses the multivariate statistical model to evaluate the comprehensive quality of college students. It mainly uses the methods of principal component analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis to reduce the dimension of multivariable data system under the principle of keeping the information lost least. Improve the efficiency of data analysis. At the same time, the principal component analysis method is improved, and two improved methods are put forward, and compared with the traditional principal component analysis method. Combined with the current curriculum and student activities in colleges and universities, the comprehensive quality of students is divided into 9 indexes according to academic achievement, social activities and professional skills. The above model is adopted, and the software SPSS and MATLAB are used. The original quality indicators are combined into a group of new and less comprehensive indicators, as much as possible to retain the original information, for each student to make a more comprehensive, objective, reasonable evaluation. This method overcomes the disadvantage of the weighted average of achievement in colleges and universities, and it can evaluate the comprehensive quality of college students comprehensively, and has good usability and maneuverability. And can embody each student's superiority and characteristic concretely. Through the analysis of examples, this paper summarizes the imperfections of the model, and puts forward some prospects.
