培育積極公民:高校思想政治教育的新視域

【摘要】:黨和國(guó)家高度重視高校思想政治教育在新時(shí)期的發(fā)展與變革,要求高校思想政治教育積極調(diào)整,順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展潮流,滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要,提高高校思想政治教育質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展。借鑒西方積極公民教育理論是推動(dòng)高校思想政治教育改革與創(chuàng)新的重要途徑之一,培育積極公民已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前西方公民教育理論的重要發(fā)展方向,,關(guān)于積極公民教育的理論與實(shí)踐也已取得重要的研究成果。本文立足我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展實(shí)際,以培育大學(xué)生成為積極公民作為高校思想政治教育的新視域,運(yùn)用比較研究法,文獻(xiàn)研究法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法來分析論述西方積極公民教育理論和培育大學(xué)生成為積極公民的必要性,在此基礎(chǔ)上探討我國(guó)高校思想政治教育培育積極公民所面臨的影響要素,進(jìn)而對(duì)有效培育積極公民的策略做了嘗試性的系統(tǒng)研究。 本文一共分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分從積極公民的概念、積極公民教育理論內(nèi)容與積極公民教育和思想政治教育的關(guān)系三個(gè)方面對(duì)積極公民教育理論作了較為詳細(xì)的介紹;第二部分重點(diǎn)論述了在高校培育積極公民的實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ),充分論證了培育積極公民是源于大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的需要、高校思想政治教育改革的需要和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要;第三部分對(duì)影響培育積極公民的基本要素作了分析說明;第四部分從培育積極公民的原則、目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、途徑四個(gè)方面對(duì)高校思想政治教育培育積極公民的策略作了積極的探索。
[Abstract]:The Party and the state attach great importance to the development and reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new period, and require the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to adjust actively, conform to the trend of development of the times, meet the needs of economic and social development and improve the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Promote the all-round development of college students. Learning from the western theory of active civic education is one of the important ways to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The theory and practice of active civic education have also obtained important research results. Based on the reality of social development in China, this paper aims to cultivate college students to become active citizens as a new field of view of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and apply comparative research methods. The methods of literature research and experience summarization are used to analyze and expound the theory of active civic education in the West and the necessity of cultivating college students to become active citizens. On this basis, the influence factors faced by the cultivation of active citizens in ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China are discussed. Furthermore, the strategy of cultivating active citizens is studied systematically. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the theory of active civic education in detail from three aspects: the concept of active citizenship, the relationship between the theoretical content of active civic education and ideological and political education. The second part focuses on the practical basis of cultivating active citizens in colleges and universities, and fully demonstrates that the cultivation of active citizens is derived from the needs of the all-round development of college students, the needs of ideological and political education reform in colleges and universities, and the needs of economic and social development. The third part analyzes the basic factors that affect the cultivation of active citizens, and the fourth part analyzes the principles, objectives and contents of cultivating active citizens. This paper explores the strategies of cultivating active citizens in ideological and political education in colleges and universities in four aspects.
