【摘要】：在我們身邊，時刻活躍著這樣一群人：他們不計報酬，扶貧助弱；他們熱情奔放，無私奉獻(xiàn)……他們用行動踐行著志愿精神，，他們的名字叫做志愿者，他們的使命便是志愿服務(wù)。志愿服務(wù)作為一種自愿的、不計報酬而參與的社會活動，已經(jīng)成為人類社會生活的重要組成部分，體現(xiàn)著社會的文明，推動著人類發(fā)展和社會進(jìn)步。大學(xué)生志愿者是志愿者隊伍的中堅力量，在各個領(lǐng)域都發(fā)揮了十分重要的作用。大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)，是對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育的有效途徑，在志愿服務(wù)中，大學(xué)生既是奉獻(xiàn)者又是受益者，在服務(wù)社會的過程中受教育、長才干。研究大學(xué)生志愿精神的培養(yǎng)這一問題具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。因此，將大學(xué)生志愿精神的培養(yǎng)視為大學(xué)生素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的一個重要方面，加強大學(xué)生志愿精神培養(yǎng)的研究顯得非常必要。 本文主要圍繞大學(xué)生這一群體開展志愿服務(wù)情況、大學(xué)生志愿精神培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀和成因以及如何進(jìn)行大學(xué)生志愿精神培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行分析研究。全文包含五個部分：第一部分是緒論，包括本文研究的背景、意義以及主要研究方法；第二部分闡述了志愿精神的概念界定、倫理解讀和培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生志愿精神的意義；第三部分結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查和訪談?wù){(diào)查研究，對大學(xué)生參與志愿服務(wù)的情況和大學(xué)生志愿精神培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面分析；第四部分主要針對大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)和志愿精神培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀，從個人、家庭、學(xué)校、社會因素這四個方面進(jìn)行了原因探析；第五部分主要是針對第四部分的原因分析提出了相關(guān)的一些建議和對策，以此助力大學(xué)生志愿精神培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:By our side, we are always alive with a group of people who, regardless of pay, help the poor and help the weak; they are passionate and selfless. They use action to practice volunteerism, their name is volunteers, their mission is volunteer service. Voluntary service, as a voluntary and non-remunerated social activity, has become an important part of human social life, reflecting the civilization of society, promoting human development and social progress. University student volunteers are the backbone of the volunteer team and play a very important role in all fields. College students' voluntary service is an effective way to carry out ideological and political education for college students. In voluntary service, college students are both devotees and beneficiaries, and they are educated in the process of serving the society. It is of practical significance to study the cultivation of college students'volunteer spirit. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen the research on the cultivation of college students' voluntary spirit, which is regarded as an important aspect of the cultivation of college students' quality. This paper mainly focuses on the situation of voluntary service of college students, the present situation and causes of the cultivation of college students' volunteer spirit and how to carry out the cultivation of college students' voluntary spirit. The thesis consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction, including the background, significance and main research methods of this paper, the second part expounds the definition of the concept of volunteerism, ethical interpretation and the significance of cultivating college students' volunteerism. The third part, combined with questionnaire and interview investigation, makes a comprehensive analysis on the situation of college students' participation in voluntary service and the status quo of college students' volunteer spirit cultivation. The fourth part mainly focuses on the current situation of college students' volunteer service and volunteer spirit cultivation. The fifth part mainly analyzes the reasons of the fourth part and puts forward some relevant suggestions and countermeasures to help the cultivation of college students' volunteer spirit.
