高校與中學(xué)思想政治教育內(nèi)容銜接問題研究

【摘要】:思想政治教育是一個長期的、持續(xù)的系統(tǒng)化工程,高校與中學(xué)的思想政治教育都是同屬于這個大系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的兩個階段,這兩個階段的思想政治教育內(nèi)容在結(jié)構(gòu)上應(yīng)當(dāng)是相互承接,層層遞進(jìn)的關(guān)系,然而在現(xiàn)實(shí)的教育中卻存在銜接錯位現(xiàn)象。本篇文章首先從思想政治教育的內(nèi)容介紹入手,闡述思想政治教育內(nèi)容的內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu)及組成部分。其次是分析高校和中學(xué)思想政治教育內(nèi)容脫節(jié)的表現(xiàn)及原因分析。脫節(jié)的表現(xiàn)主要有:(1)思想政治教育內(nèi)容要素存在缺失現(xiàn)象。(2)大中學(xué)校思想政治教育內(nèi)容存在簡單重復(fù)和真空現(xiàn)象。(3)思想政治教育的內(nèi)容倒掛。(4)思想政治教育內(nèi)容脫離學(xué)生實(shí)際。造成這些問題的原因在于:(1)對思想政治教育的認(rèn)識存在問題。(2)教育的階段性目標(biāo)不同。(3)思想政治教育內(nèi)容在整體上缺乏規(guī)劃。(4)高校和中學(xué)的溝通不夠。再次是給出思想政治教育內(nèi)容銜接的原則。主要包括系統(tǒng)性原則、雙向性原則、動態(tài)性原則、實(shí)效性原則和方向性原則。最后是提出加強(qiáng)高校和中學(xué)思想政治教育內(nèi)容銜接的有效途徑:(1)統(tǒng)籌兼顧,系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃思想政治教育的內(nèi)容。其中包括合理編訂適用教材;確保思想政治教育內(nèi)容的整體性,避免教育真空;堅持思想政治教育內(nèi)容的螺旋上升,避免簡單重復(fù);堅持循序漸進(jìn),避免跨度太大;堅持教育觀點(diǎn)的一致性。(2)轉(zhuǎn)變觀點(diǎn),提高對思想政治教育重要性的認(rèn)識。其中包括解放思想,徹底摒棄對思想政治教育片面性的認(rèn)識;以教師為主體,強(qiáng)化銜接意識。(3)實(shí)現(xiàn)高校與中學(xué)思想政治教育目標(biāo)的銜接。其中包括明確教育目標(biāo),引導(dǎo)目標(biāo)銜接無縫化;以學(xué)生為本,優(yōu)化教育目標(biāo)。(4)促進(jìn)高校與中學(xué)思想政治教育的交流與合作。其中包括建立點(diǎn)對點(diǎn)的合作機(jī)制;定期召開例會,促進(jìn)學(xué)校之間的經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流。(5)注重教學(xué)方法的創(chuàng)新,提高銜接的效率。其中包括做好課堂教學(xué);科學(xué)合理的利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)和多媒體教學(xué)。(6)合理引導(dǎo)學(xué)生參加與之能力相符的實(shí)踐活動。其中包括積極開展適合中學(xué)階段的社會實(shí)踐活動;加強(qiáng)對大學(xué)實(shí)踐活動的引導(dǎo)。(7)豐富思想政治教育的載體,拓寬銜接的廣度和深度。它包括構(gòu)建多種教育載體緊密銜接的教育體系;加強(qiáng)對隱性教育資源的開發(fā)和利用。 高校與中學(xué)這兩個階段是學(xué)生樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀的關(guān)鍵時期,所以這兩個階段思想政治教育內(nèi)容銜接的好壞不僅直接影響到學(xué)生對思想政治知識的學(xué)習(xí)和掌握,還會對我國的社會穩(wěn)定構(gòu)成潛在的影響。這就要求這兩個階段的思想政治教育都要樹立系統(tǒng)的觀念,用發(fā)展的眼光來看待思想政治教育的作用和目的,真正認(rèn)識到思想政治教育內(nèi)容銜接的重要意義,把握好思想政治教育內(nèi)容銜接的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is a long-term and continuous systematic project. The ideological and political education in colleges and universities and in middle schools belong to the two stages of this large system, and the contents of ideological and political education in these two phases should be mutually inherited in structure. The relationship between the layers of progressive, but in the reality of education there is a phenomenon of dislocation. This article begins with the introduction of the content of ideological and political education, and expounds the internal structure and components of the content of ideological and political education. Secondly, it analyzes the disjointed content of ideological and political education in colleges and middle schools. The main manifestation of disconnection is: 1) lack of content elements of ideological and political education. 2) simple repetition of contents of ideological and political education in middle and high schools, and 3) content of ideological and political education hanging upside down. 4) content of ideological and political education deviates from students' reality. The reason for these problems lies in the fact that there is a problem in understanding ideological and political education. (2) the stage goal of ideological and political education is different. 3) the content of ideological and political education lacks planning. 4) the communication between the university and the middle school is not enough. Thirdly, it gives the principle of linking up ideological and political education content. It mainly includes systematic principle, bidirectional principle, dynamic principle, effectiveness principle and directional principle. Finally, the paper puts forward an effective way to strengthen the connection of ideological and political education content between colleges and middle schools: 1) to plan the contents of ideological and political education systematically. It includes reasonably compiling applicable teaching materials, ensuring the integrity of ideological and political education content, avoiding the educational vacuum, insisting on the spiral rise of ideological and political education content, avoiding simple repetition, insisting on gradual progress and avoiding too much span; Adhere to the consistency of educational views. 2) change views and raise awareness of the importance of ideological and political education. It includes emancipating the mind, completely abandoning the one-sidedness of ideological and political education, taking the teacher as the main body, strengthening the cohesion consciousness, and realizing the connection of the goal of ideological and political education between the university and the middle school. It includes making clear the educational goal, guiding the goal to link up seamlessly, taking the student as the basis, optimizing the educational goal. 4) promoting the exchange and cooperation between the ideological and political education between the university and the middle school. It includes establishing a peer-to-peer cooperation mechanism, holding regular meetings regularly to promote the exchange of experiences between schools. 5) emphasizing the innovation of teaching methods and improving the efficiency of convergence. It includes doing a good job in classroom teaching, using network teaching and multimedia teaching scientifically and reasonably to guide students to participate in practical activities in accordance with their abilities. It includes actively developing the social practice activities suitable for the middle school stage, strengthening the guidance to the university practice activities, enriching the carrier of ideological and political education, and widening the breadth and depth of cohesion. It includes the construction of a close education system with various educational carriers, and the strengthening of the development and utilization of recessive educational resources. The two stages of university and middle school are the key period for students to establish correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values. Therefore, the content convergence of ideological and political education in these two stages not only directly affects the students' learning and mastering of ideological and political knowledge, but also has a potential impact on the social stability of our country. This requires that these two stages of ideological and political education should set up a systematic concept, look at the role and purpose of ideological and political education from the perspective of development, and truly realize the important significance of linking up the contents of ideological and political education. Grasp the key to the connection of ideological and political education content.
