【摘要】:技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和工藝創(chuàng)新的重要源泉,,隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),它在企業(yè)發(fā)展中的作用日趨重要,已成為提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵。但由于技術(shù)的復(fù)雜性,使得企業(yè)僅僅依靠自身的知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備難以實(shí)現(xiàn),而選擇與高校合作,將高校的理論型知識(shí)資源與企業(yè)的應(yīng)用型知識(shí)資源進(jìn)行有效集成,對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)雙贏具有重大意義。 在國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)校企合作創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及知識(shí)集成已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文基于開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新和協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理論,系統(tǒng)分析了校企合作創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識(shí)集成的影響因素及其耦合模式,并進(jìn)行了耦合機(jī)制的設(shè)計(jì),接著對(duì)河南省校企合作知識(shí)集成的狀況進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,利用路徑分析方法對(duì)耦合機(jī)制與知識(shí)集成績(jī)效關(guān)系的概念模型進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)和修正,并分析了每種耦合機(jī)制中的每個(gè)因素與知識(shí)集成績(jī)效的顯著性關(guān)系以及影響程度。最后結(jié)合實(shí)證調(diào)研結(jié)果,對(duì)如何提升校企合作創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的知識(shí)集成績(jī)效提出建議。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面: (1)設(shè)計(jì)出校企合作創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的知識(shí)集成的六種耦合機(jī)制:技術(shù)機(jī)制、信任機(jī)制、學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)制、激勵(lì)機(jī)制、利益分配機(jī)制、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)機(jī)制,并對(duì)每種機(jī)制進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。(2)首先提出六種耦合機(jī)制與知識(shí)集成績(jī)效的理論模型,然后以河南省開(kāi)展校企合作的企業(yè)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,利用路徑分析方法對(duì)理論模型進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)、修正,得到最終的路徑圖。最后對(duì)每種耦合機(jī)制對(duì)知識(shí)集成績(jī)效的直接效果值、間接效果值以及總效果值進(jìn)行了深入分析。 盡管本文對(duì)校企合作創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的知識(shí)集成的耦合模式與耦合機(jī)制進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)地研究,但由于受調(diào)查樣本的限制,還需要對(duì)本研究結(jié)論在其他省份是否適用進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn);同時(shí),對(duì)校企合作創(chuàng)新的知識(shí)集成的計(jì)算機(jī)具體實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程還需深入研究。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation is an important source of product innovation and technological innovation. With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, it plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises and has become the key to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, due to the complexity of technology, it is difficult for enterprises to realize their knowledge reserves only by themselves, so they choose to cooperate with colleges and universities to integrate the theoretical knowledge resources of universities with the applied knowledge resources of enterprises. It is of great significance to achieve win-win. On the basis of the existing research on cooperation innovation, innovation network and knowledge integration between schools and enterprises at home and abroad, this paper is based on open innovation and collaborative innovation theory. This paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors and the coupling mode of the knowledge integration of school-enterprise cooperation and innovation network, and designs the coupling mechanism, and then makes an empirical study on the situation of the cooperative knowledge integration between schools and enterprises in Henan Province. The conceptual model of the relationship between the coupling mechanism and the performance of knowledge integration is tested and modified by using the path analysis method, and the significant relationship between each factor and the performance of knowledge integration and the degree of influence are analyzed. Finally, based on the results of empirical research, some suggestions on how to improve the performance of knowledge integration of cooperative innovation network between school and enterprise are put forward. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects: 1) designing six kinds of coupling mechanisms of knowledge integration: technology mechanism, trust mechanism, learning mechanism, incentive mechanism, benefit distribution mechanism, intellectual property mechanism, etc. At first, six theoretical models of coupling mechanism and knowledge integration performance are put forward, and then taking the enterprises in Henan province as the investigation object, the theoretical model is tested by the path analysis method. Correct and get the final path diagram. Finally, the direct effect value, indirect effect value and total effect value of each coupling mechanism on knowledge integration performance are analyzed. Although this paper systematically studies the coupling mode and coupling mechanism of knowledge integration of school-enterprise cooperative innovation network, it is necessary to test the applicability of this research conclusion in other provinces because of the limitation of survey samples. The realization process of the knowledge integration of school-enterprise cooperation innovation needs to be deeply studied.
