【摘要】：黨和國家一直高度重視高校輔導員隊伍建設，尤其是進入新世紀后，又連續(xù)出臺了一系列的方針政策，許多專家學者也對此進行了廣泛而深入的研究。但目前高校輔導員隊伍建設仍存在一些問題，這些問題的存在嚴重影響著輔導員隊伍建設的成效，制約著全面實現(xiàn)國家提出的輔導員隊伍建設目標。 本研究引入管理學的相關理論，，從協(xié)同管理視閾對如何進一步加強輔導員隊伍建設問題進行了認真的思考。在借鑒國外高校學生事務管理隊伍建設經(jīng)驗的基礎上，通過分析我國高校輔導員隊伍建設目前存在的現(xiàn)實問題，提出了高校系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的組織協(xié)同、信息協(xié)同、任務協(xié)同、過程協(xié)同和系統(tǒng)外的高校間協(xié)同、社會支持協(xié)同、資源協(xié)同、宣傳協(xié)同，以及系統(tǒng)內(nèi)與系統(tǒng)外之間的相互協(xié)同、密切配合、共同推進輔導員隊伍建設的理念。 論文的結構是：圍繞協(xié)同管理視閾下強化輔導員隊伍建設這個主旨，通過引入“協(xié)同管理”概念，在“協(xié)同管理”視閾下展開對加強輔導員隊伍建設的探討，來尋找本研究的理論依據(jù)；根據(jù)新時期輔導員隊伍建設的目標和要求，著眼于現(xiàn)實，對我國高校輔導員隊伍建設中存在的現(xiàn)實問題展開分析；在此基礎之上，重點論述了如何在協(xié)同管理視閾下加強高校輔導員隊伍建設,以解決高校輔導員隊伍建設中存在的現(xiàn)實問題。 論文主要內(nèi)容具體如下： 第一、緒論：選題背景、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法等。 第二、協(xié)同管理的相關理論。 第三、目前我國高校輔導員隊伍建設中存在的現(xiàn)實問題。 第四、協(xié)同管理視閾下高校輔導員隊伍建設研究。 1.新時期高校輔導員隊伍建設的目標、要求。 2.協(xié)同管理視閾下輔導員隊伍建設系統(tǒng)構成及其參量選擇。 3.協(xié)同管理視閾下輔導員隊伍建設的主體要素分析。 4.協(xié)同管理視閾下輔導員隊伍建設的評價和激勵機制研究。 5.協(xié)同管理視閾下解決問題的路徑。
[Abstract]:The Party and the country have always attached great importance to the construction of college counselors, especially after entering the new century, they have issued a series of principles and policies in succession, and many experts and scholars have also carried out extensive and in-depth research on this issue. However, at present, there are still some problems in the construction of college counselors, which seriously affect the effectiveness of counselors' construction and restrict the overall realization of the goal of counselors' team construction proposed by our country. By introducing the theory of management, this study makes a serious consideration on how to further strengthen the construction of counselors' team from the perspective of cooperative management. On the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of foreign universities' student affairs management team construction, this paper analyzes the practical problems existing in the construction of college counselors' contingent in our country, and puts forward the organizational coordination, information coordination and task coordination in the university system. Process coordination and collaboration between colleges and universities, social support collaboration, resource coordination, publicity collaboration, and the mutual cooperation between the system and outside of the system, closely cooperate to promote the concept of counselors team building together. The structure of this paper is: focusing on strengthening the construction of counselors' team from the perspective of cooperative management, and by introducing the concept of "cooperative management", this paper discusses how to strengthen the construction of counselors' contingent from the perspective of "cooperative management". To find the theoretical basis of this study; according to the objectives and requirements of the construction of counselors in the new period, focusing on the reality, to analyze the practical problems in the construction of college counselors in China; on the basis of this, This paper focuses on how to strengthen the construction of college counselors under the sight of cooperative management in order to solve the practical problems existing in the construction of college counselors. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: First, introduction: background, research status, research methods and so on. Second, the related theory of collaborative management. Third, the actual problems existing in the construction of college counselors in our country. Fourthly, the research on the construction of college counselors under the sight of cooperative management. 1. The goal and requirement of the construction of college counselors in the new period. 2. The composition and parameter selection of counselors' team building system under the vision of cooperative management. 3. Analysis of the main elements of counselors' team construction under the vision of cooperative management. 4. Research on the Evaluation and incentive Mechanism of counselors' team Construction under the Visual threshold of Cooperative Management. 5. The path to solve the problem from the perspective of cooperative management.
