【摘要】：志愿服務(wù)是社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè)的重要抓手,更是高校思想政治教育的有效載體。臺(tái)灣地區(qū)志愿服務(wù)起步早,發(fā)展程度高,積累了許多成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。而且,臺(tái)灣海峽兩岸同文同種,從探究志愿服務(wù)發(fā)展背后的推動(dòng)因素角度對(duì)臺(tái)灣海峽兩岸大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)進(jìn)行比較研究,具有十分重要的意義。本文先對(duì)臺(tái)灣海峽兩岸大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行歷史考察,對(duì)各自各個(gè)階段的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行概述。然后從文化淵源、社會(huì)環(huán)境、高校、大學(xué)生自身四個(gè)方面對(duì)臺(tái)灣海峽兩岸大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)推動(dòng)因素進(jìn)行共性分析。接著從組織資源、保障機(jī)制、評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制、培訓(xùn)動(dòng)因、精神動(dòng)力五個(gè)方面對(duì)臺(tái)灣海峽兩岸大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)推動(dòng)因素進(jìn)行異性分析。最后從組織模式、保障機(jī)制、激勵(lì)機(jī)制、培訓(xùn)體系、加強(qiáng)合作平臺(tái)五個(gè)方面闡述臺(tái)灣地區(qū)大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)給我們的啟示。
[Abstract]:Voluntary service is an important grasp of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and an effective carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Taiwan voluntary service started early, high level of development, accumulated a lot of successful experience. Moreover, it is of great significance to compare the university students' voluntary service between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait from the angle of exploring the driving factors behind the development of voluntary service between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. This paper makes a historical investigation on the development of college students' voluntary service on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and summarizes the characteristics of each stage. Then from the cultural origin, the social environment, the university, the university student oneself four aspects carries on the common analysis to the Taiwan Strait university student voluntary service promotion factor. Secondly, this paper analyzes the driving factors of college students' voluntary service on both sides of the Taiwan Strait from five aspects: organizational resources, security mechanism, evaluation mechanism, training motivation and spiritual motivation. Finally, from five aspects of organization mode, security mechanism, incentive mechanism, training system and strengthening cooperation platform, this paper expounds the successful experience of volunteer service for college students in Taiwan.
