【摘要】：目的:嘗試將"翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂"和案例式學(xué)習(xí)(CBL)教學(xué)模式引入干細(xì)胞研究進(jìn)展教學(xué)中,探討該方法在研究生選修課教學(xué)實(shí)踐中的優(yōu)勢(shì)。方法:選擇2012-2014級(jí)選修干細(xì)胞研究進(jìn)展課程的研究生作為研究對(duì)象,應(yīng)用"翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂"結(jié)合CBL教學(xué)模式展開(kāi)教學(xué),并進(jìn)行教學(xué)評(píng)估。結(jié)果:應(yīng)用翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂結(jié)合CBL教學(xué)模式,課堂氣氛得到明顯改善,激發(fā)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,促進(jìn)了學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)和醫(yī)學(xué)思維方式的培養(yǎng),提升了學(xué)生的交流表達(dá)能力。學(xué)生對(duì)于知識(shí)的理解和教學(xué)效果的認(rèn)可優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)。結(jié)論:研究生干細(xì)胞研究進(jìn)展教學(xué)中"翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂"結(jié)合CBL的教學(xué)模式被證明是一種新穎有效的教學(xué)方法,可以在本科教學(xué)中加以推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the advantages of "flip class" and case-based learning (CBL) teaching model in the teaching of stem cell research in order to explore the advantages of this method in the teaching practice of postgraduate elective courses. Methods: the graduate students who took the progress course of stem cell research in 2012-2014 were selected as the research objects. The "flip classroom" combined with the CBL teaching model was used to carry out the teaching and evaluation. Results: with the application of flipping classroom and CBL teaching mode, the classroom atmosphere was obviously improved, which stimulated the students' interest in learning, promoted the cultivation of students' autonomous learning and medical thinking mode, and improved the students' ability of communication and expression. Students' understanding of knowledge and recognition of teaching effect are superior to traditional teaching. Conclusion: the teaching mode of "flip classroom" combined with CBL in graduate stem cell research progress teaching has been proved to be a novel and effective teaching method, which can be popularized in undergraduate teaching.
