我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育十年:演進、問題與體系建設(shè)

【摘要】:我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育經(jīng)歷了由創(chuàng)業(yè)競賽至創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,由師資培訓(xùn)至學(xué)生培養(yǎng),由課堂教學(xué)向多種模式轉(zhuǎn)變,由知識傳授向素質(zhì)教育的轉(zhuǎn)變四個發(fā)展階段。當(dāng)前我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)主要體現(xiàn)在課程設(shè)計不合理、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資力量匱乏、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式單一、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育配套機制不健全等四個方面。我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系的建設(shè)思路為:構(gòu)建科學(xué)的課程教育體系,建立完善的創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐體系,建設(shè)優(yōu)秀的師資隊伍體系,構(gòu)建完善的教育模式體系,完善創(chuàng)業(yè)教育評估體系。
[Abstract]:The entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in our country has experienced four stages of development: from entrepreneurial competition to entrepreneurship education, from teacher training to student training, from classroom teaching to various modes, from knowledge teaching to quality education. At present, the weak links of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China are mainly reflected in four aspects: unreasonable curriculum design, lack of teachers, single mode of entrepreneurship education and imperfect supporting mechanism of entrepreneurship education. The construction ideas of entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities in China are as follows: constructing scientific curriculum education system, establishing perfect entrepreneurial practice system, constructing excellent teaching staff system, constructing perfect educational model system and perfecting evaluation system of entrepreneurship education.
