【摘要】:在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展的同時(shí),勞動(dòng)力的供需狀況受市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響供需并不平衡。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境與其他群體的成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境有著較大的不同,他們成長(zhǎng)于社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,生活條件比較優(yōu)越,物質(zhì)生活得到充分的滿足,個(gè)性特征也非常明顯。在他們的成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中也遇到各種文化、各種思潮對(duì)他們觀念意識(shí)的沖擊,他們的就業(yè)意識(shí)也受到相應(yīng)的影響。論文通過(guò)對(duì)南京高校當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的隨機(jī)調(diào)查,對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的就業(yè)意識(shí)情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,文章對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的就業(yè)傾向、影響其就業(yè)的因素、就業(yè)準(zhǔn)備以及就業(yè)認(rèn)知等方面的調(diào)查內(nèi)容做分析說(shuō)明,找出大學(xué)生就業(yè)意識(shí)形成過(guò)程中存在的主要問(wèn)題,并探究其成因,提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。 本文主要為三部分內(nèi)容:第一部分主要是對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷及結(jié)果進(jìn)行描述、分析,主要從就業(yè)傾向、影響因素、就業(yè)心理與就業(yè)準(zhǔn)備、自我認(rèn)知四個(gè)方面分析,得出存在的問(wèn)題。第二部分主要是從主觀和客觀兩個(gè)角度探究問(wèn)題的成因。第三部分則從成因出發(fā),分別從當(dāng)代大學(xué)生個(gè)人、社會(huì)政府、用人單位、學(xué)校和家庭等主體角度提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the supply and demand of labor force is not balanced by the market economy. The growing environment of contemporary college students is quite different from that of other groups. They grew up in the period of rapid development of social economy, living conditions are superior, material life is fully satisfied, and personality characteristics are very obvious. In the process of their growth, they also encounter various cultures, the impact of various trends of thought on their sense of consciousness, their sense of employment is also affected by the corresponding. Through the random investigation of the contemporary college students in Nanjing, this paper investigates the employment consciousness of the contemporary college students, and analyzes the employment tendency of the contemporary college students and the factors affecting their employment. This paper analyzes and explains the investigation contents of employment preparation and employment cognition, finds out the main problems existing in the forming process of college students' employment consciousness, and probes into the causes and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The first part is the description and analysis of the questionnaire and the results, mainly from four aspects: employment tendency, influencing factors, employment psychology and employment preparation, and self-cognition. The second part is mainly from the subjective and objective perspectives to explore the causes of the problem. The third part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the angle of individual, social government, employing unit, school and family and so on.
