【摘要】：美國佐治亞州立大學(xué)作為美國一所州立研究性大學(xué),自建立至今已經(jīng)超過一百年.在這一百年的發(fā)展歷程中其大學(xué)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃對學(xué)校的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步起著不可替代的作用。其在辦學(xué)理念、人才培養(yǎng)、學(xué)校規(guī)模、院系設(shè)置、學(xué)科分類等方方面面都與我國很多本科大學(xué)有著相同之處,所以對美國佐治亞州立大學(xué)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究對我國大學(xué)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r有著很大的借鑒意義。本研究主要采用文本研究的方法對美國佐治亞州立大學(xué)2011——2016/21年的大學(xué)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了分析和提煉,就我國高校發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其面臨的問題提出了幾點觀點和措施,對于我國高校找準(zhǔn)自己的發(fā)展基點和重點具有一定的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。 文章首先從大學(xué)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的概念和相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ)研究出發(fā),強調(diào)了大學(xué)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對于國內(nèi)外高校的重要性,并呼吁我國高校的發(fā)展要具有長遠(yuǎn)性、方向性和系統(tǒng)性,接著表明選擇美國佐治亞州立大學(xué)為研究樣本的原因,介紹了美國佐治亞州立大學(xué)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的提出和制定過程。筆者重點分析和研究了美國佐治亞州立大學(xué)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的五大目標(biāo)和相關(guān)措施,創(chuàng)造性的提煉出了有關(guān)美國佐治亞州立大學(xué)2011——2016/21年的幾點具體內(nèi)容。最后筆者從學(xué)生培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究和社會服務(wù)三個方面闡述了該校發(fā)展至今能夠取得如此成功的深層原因,并在這一具體的樣本研究基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合我國高校在發(fā)展過程中存在的一些問題和現(xiàn)狀,致力于探索出對于我國高校未來發(fā)展具有啟示和促進(jìn)作用的方法措施。
[Abstract]:Georgia State University, as a state research university, has been established for more than 100 years. In the course of the development of this century, the strategic planning of university development plays an irreplaceable role in the development and progress of the university. In many aspects, such as the idea of running a school, the cultivation of talents, the scale of the school, the establishment of the department, the classification of disciplines, and so on, it has the same characteristics as many undergraduate universities in our country. Therefore, the research on the development strategy of Georgia State University is of great significance to the development of Chinese universities. This research mainly uses the text research method to analyze and refine the university development strategy of Georgia State University from 2011 to 2016 / 21, and puts forward some viewpoints and measures on the current situation and problems of the university development in our country. It has certain theoretical and practical significance for colleges and universities to find their own development basis and key points. Starting from the concept of university development strategy and related theoretical research, this paper emphasizes the importance of university development strategy for universities both at home and abroad, and calls for the development of universities in China to be long-term, directional and systematic. Then it shows the reason of choosing Georgia State University as the research sample, and introduces the process of putting forward and formulating the development strategy of Georgia State University. The author emphatically analyzes and studies the five goals and relevant measures of the development strategy of Georgia State University of America, and creatively abstracts some concrete contents about the period of 2011-2016 / 21 of USA Georgia State University. Finally, the author expounds the deep reasons why the school has been so successful in the aspects of student training, scientific research and social service. On the basis of this concrete sample study, combining with some problems and present situation in the course of development of our country's colleges and universities, the author tries to explore the methods and measures which can enlighten and promote the future development of colleges and universities in our country.
