【摘要】:本世紀(jì)高校的教育目的是促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的素質(zhì)教育,而發(fā)展學(xué)生積極美好的情感,塑造學(xué)生完美的人格是素質(zhì)教育的重要內(nèi)容之一。在“情感教育”備受社會(huì)關(guān)注的同時(shí),情感智商即“情商”的研究也在教育學(xué)界和心理學(xué)界引起了極大的興趣和熱情,與之相聯(lián)系的情商教育的研究也因此廣泛開展而來(lái)。情商是學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)的主要組成部分,是學(xué)生適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)生存、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)發(fā)展的重要能力。因而,在學(xué)校教育中,重視并培養(yǎng)、訓(xùn)練提高學(xué)生的情商,具有非常積極而又深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 面對(duì)高速發(fā)展、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的旅游業(yè),全面提升旅游從業(yè)人員的綜合素質(zhì),不僅對(duì)旅游業(yè)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展有著十分重要的作用,而且也對(duì)各高校旅游專業(yè)提出了挑戰(zhàn)。這就要求各高校必須重新思考旅游專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)模式,不能停留于以往關(guān)于旅游專業(yè)大學(xué)生是否需要實(shí)踐的爭(zhēng)論,而是要研究如何提高旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生的專業(yè)綜合素質(zhì)。而情商教育給高校提供了一種可能性,要培養(yǎng)出滿足旅游市場(chǎng)對(duì)旅游專業(yè)人才尤其是旅游專業(yè)高素質(zhì)的人才的需求,必須在提升旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生的專業(yè)知識(shí)與技能的牢固掌握的同時(shí),,提升旅游專業(yè)大學(xué)生的溝通協(xié)調(diào)、情緒自控、抗挫折、應(yīng)變等情商能力,增強(qiáng)其專業(yè)就業(yè)能力,在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于優(yōu)勢(shì)地位。 基于此,本論文首先對(duì)情商的內(nèi)涵、情商教育的概念及其內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了闡述,對(duì)旅游專業(yè)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行情商教育的重要性進(jìn)行了論述,并將旅游教學(xué)中所包涵的情商內(nèi)容進(jìn)行闡述;其次,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和資料分析的方法,對(duì)旅游專業(yè)大學(xué)生的情商現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查與分析,找出大學(xué)生情商能力方面存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)情商教育存在的問(wèn)題也進(jìn)行了分析闡述;再次,有針對(duì)性的提出一些具有可操作性的能夠切實(shí)提升旅游專業(yè)大學(xué)生情商水平的建議與措施。 通過(guò)本論文對(duì)旅游專業(yè)大學(xué)生情商教育的相關(guān)研究,希望對(duì)旅游專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)模式做出一些有益的探索,使情商在旅游專業(yè)大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)與工作中發(fā)揮良好的促進(jìn)作用,提升大學(xué)生自身的綜合素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of college education in this century is to promote the all-round development of quality education for college students. It is one of the important contents of quality education to develop students' positive and beautiful emotions and to shape their perfect personality. At the same time, the study of emotional intelligence quotient (EQ) has aroused great interest and enthusiasm in the field of education and psychology. Emotional quotient is the main component of students' psychological quality and the important ability of students to adapt to the survival of modern society and to compete and develop. Therefore, in school education, it is very positive and far-reaching to pay attention to and train and improve students'EQ. In the face of the rapid development and increasingly fierce competition of tourism, it is not only very important for the healthy and sustainable development of tourism to improve the comprehensive quality of tourism practitioners in an all-round way, but also a challenge to tourism majors in colleges and universities. This requires colleges and universities to reconsider the training model of tourism professionals, not to stay in the past on whether tourism professional college students need practice, but to study how to improve the comprehensive quality of tourism students. EQ education provides a possibility for colleges and universities to cultivate and meet the needs of the tourism market for tourism professionals, especially those with high quality. While enhancing the professional knowledge and skills of the students majoring in tourism, it is necessary to enhance the ability of communication and coordination, emotional self-control, resistance to setbacks, adaptability and so on, so as to enhance their professional employability. In the competition in the dominant position. Based on this, this paper firstly expounds the connotation of EQ, the concept and content of EQ education, discusses the importance of EQ education for college students majoring in tourism, and expounds the EQ content in tourism teaching. Secondly, by using the method of questionnaire and data analysis, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the current situation of EQ of college students majoring in tourism, and finds out the problems existing in the EQ ability of college students, and analyzes and expounds the existing problems in EQ education. Thirdly, it puts forward some practical suggestions and measures to improve the EQ level of tourism majors. Through the research on EQ education of tourism majors in this paper, we hope to make some beneficial exploration on the training mode of talents of tourism majors, so that EQ can play a good promoting role in the study and work of tourism majors. Improve the comprehensive quality of college students themselves.
