【摘要】：青年人是國家的未來和民族的希望,大學(xué)生干部是青年的重要組成部分,他們的地位和作用都是十分重要的,他們的一言一行都會對其他同學(xué)的素質(zhì)和品德產(chǎn)生一定的影響,為此需要對他們進行干部隊伍的建設(shè)。高校學(xué)生干部隊伍建設(shè)指的是通過思想政治教育、培訓(xùn)、實踐鍛煉,努力培養(yǎng)和造就一支政治立場堅定、思想作風(fēng)過硬、業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)全面的高校學(xué)生干部隊伍的過程。高校學(xué)生干部隊伍的建設(shè)有利于高校學(xué)生干部隊伍整體素質(zhì)的提升、有利于維護高校的和諧穩(wěn)定、有利于思想政治教育的順利開展。 經(jīng)過多年的建設(shè),高校學(xué)生干部隊伍建設(shè)取得了一定的成就,建立了完善的高校學(xué)生干部的工作組織,形成了高校學(xué)生干部的管理和工作制度,培養(yǎng)了一批優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生干部,但同時近年來由于社會上、學(xué)校中、學(xué)生干部自身的因素出現(xiàn)了很多問題,高校學(xué)生干部隊伍建設(shè)的投入不夠；高校學(xué)生干部隊伍建設(shè)的機制不健全；高校學(xué)生干部隊伍建設(shè)缺乏整體規(guī)劃；高校學(xué)生干部隊伍建設(shè)的方法手段滯后等問題,在實事求是的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者分析了產(chǎn)生這些問題的一些原因有思想觀念上的誤區(qū)、高校學(xué)生干部隊伍建設(shè)中的教育者素質(zhì)不適應(yīng)、高校學(xué)生干部隊伍自身原因、高校學(xué)生干部隊伍建設(shè)的外部環(huán)境不完備等,因此,必須采取各種方式加強學(xué)生干部隊伍的建設(shè),本文在虛心學(xué)習(xí)多人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,試著提出了一些對策如：要加強學(xué)生干部的自我管理和教育,完善高校學(xué)生干部隊伍建設(shè)的機制體系,加強高校學(xué)生干部的思想政治教育和培訓(xùn),組織學(xué)生干部深入開展實踐鍛煉等來加強學(xué)生干部隊伍的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Young people are the future of the country and the hope of the nation. College cadres are an important part of the youth. Their status and role are very important. Their words and deeds will have a certain impact on the quality and moral character of other students. To this end, they need to carry out the building of cadres. The construction of student cadres in colleges and universities refers to the process of cultivating and bringing up a contingent of student cadres in colleges and universities through ideological and political education, training and practice, and striving to cultivate and bring up a contingent of university student cadres with firm political stand, excellent ideological style and comprehensive professional quality. The construction of the contingent of student cadres in colleges and universities is conducive to the promotion of the overall quality of the contingent of student cadres in colleges and universities, to the maintenance of harmony and stability in colleges and universities, and to the smooth development of ideological and political education. After many years of construction, some achievements have been made in the construction of the contingent of student cadres in colleges and universities, the work organization of student cadres in colleges and universities has been established, the management and work system of student cadres in colleges and universities has been formed, and a number of outstanding student cadres have been trained. But at the same time, in recent years, because of the social, the school, the student cadre own factor has many problems, the university student cadre troop construction investment is insufficient, the university student cadre troop construction mechanism is not perfect; On the basis of seeking truth from facts, the author analyzes some causes of these problems, such as the misunderstanding of ideology, the lack of overall planning for the construction of student cadres in colleges and universities, the lagging of methods and means in the construction of student cadres in colleges and universities, and so on. The quality of educators in the construction of student cadres in colleges and universities is not suitable, the reasons for the construction of student cadres in colleges and universities are not perfect, and the external environment for the construction of student cadres in colleges and universities is not complete. Therefore, various ways must be taken to strengthen the construction of student cadres. On the basis of the research results of learning with an open mind, this paper tries to put forward some countermeasures, such as strengthening the self-management and education of student cadres, perfecting the mechanism system of the construction of student cadres in colleges and universities. To strengthen the construction of student cadres, we should strengthen the ideological and political education and training of student cadres in colleges and universities, and organize student cadres to carry out practical exercises in depth.
