【摘要】：新時(shí)期,我國(guó)高等教育事業(yè)隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展不斷進(jìn)步。高等教育社會(huì)化深入開(kāi)展,為高校工作帶來(lái)了無(wú)限的機(jī)遇。同時(shí),也為如何做好新時(shí)期高等教育工作,培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的高校畢業(yè)生帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn)。高校的蓬勃發(fā)展必然使高校校園文化和學(xué)生社團(tuán)得到繁榮。本文通過(guò)對(duì)高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)的研究,充分挖掘?qū)W生社團(tuán)的育人功能,對(duì)高校人才培養(yǎng)具有重要的意義。 本文由四個(gè)部分構(gòu)成： 第一部分闡述了本文研究的背景及研究意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述,說(shuō)明了本文的主要研究方法及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二部分對(duì)高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)育人功能的基本理論問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了概述。闡述了學(xué)生社團(tuán)的概念、特點(diǎn)、類型及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析當(dāng)前高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)的基本現(xiàn)狀,并從育人角度出發(fā),闡述了高校社團(tuán)在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生思想、行為、技術(shù)、實(shí)踐等方面的作用,并對(duì)其潛在的意義進(jìn)行分析。 第三部分是對(duì)高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)育人功能的現(xiàn)狀分析。論文總結(jié)了高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)在育人方面取得的成績(jī),深入分析了存在的問(wèn)題,主要包括：成效單一、發(fā)展不足、創(chuàng)新不足。 第四部分探討了加強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)育人功能的措施。在有充分調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)目前存在的突出問(wèn)題,從思想重視、政策保障、創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)等探討了加強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)育人功能的措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of socialist market economy , China ' s higher education has made great progress with the rapid development of socialist market economy .

This article consists of four parts :

In the first part , the background and significance of the study are described , and the related research literatures at home and abroad are reviewed , and the main research methods and innovation points are described .

The second part gives an overview of the basic theory of the function of college students ' associations . The paper expounds the concept , characteristics , types and development status of the student community , analyzes the basic situation of the current college students ' community and expounds the function of the college community in the cultivation of students ' thought , behavior , technology , practice and so on from the perspective of educating people , and analyzes its potential significance .

The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the function of the college students ' community education . The paper summarizes the achievements of the college students ' community in the field of educating people , and analyzes the existing problems deeply , including : single effect , insufficient development and insufficient innovation .

The fourth part discusses the measures to strengthen the function of educating people in college students . On the basis of sufficient investigation , aiming at the existing problems , the measures to strengthen the function of college students ' community education are discussed .
