【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的快速發(fā)展和工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的不斷深入,高等教育本科人才的需求大量增加,對本科人才類型的需求趨向多元化。另外,隨著我國政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,我國高校的辦學(xué)目標(biāo)、功能發(fā)生了一些變化。在這種背景下,會有越來越多的人渴求進(jìn)入高校。但由于原有的高校體制難以滿足快速發(fā)展的需求,因而一大批民辦本科院校就拔地而起。雖然民辦本科院校發(fā)展迅速,但由于其起步晚、起點低,辦學(xué)經(jīng)驗不足等原因,導(dǎo)致其在高等教育市場競爭中遇到了很大挑戰(zhàn)。而專業(yè)設(shè)置是保證民辦本科院校在高等教育市場競爭中取得一席之地的關(guān)鍵。因此,開展對民辦本科院校專業(yè)設(shè)置的現(xiàn)狀分析具有現(xiàn)實的指導(dǎo)意義,能夠及時發(fā)現(xiàn)在專業(yè)設(shè)置中的問題,尋求對策以促進(jìn)民辦本科院校優(yōu)化專業(yè)設(shè)置,從而促進(jìn)民辦本科院校健康持續(xù)的發(fā)展。 論文首先從本科院校專業(yè)設(shè)置的依據(jù)及歷史發(fā)展概述入手,分析總結(jié)了我國高校專業(yè)設(shè)置和調(diào)整的相關(guān)發(fā)展演變規(guī)律；其次,對我國60所民辦本科院校的專業(yè)設(shè)置現(xiàn)狀與特點進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,并將它們與新建公辦本科院校的專業(yè)設(shè)置狀況進(jìn)行對比分析,從而了解處于本科建設(shè)初級階段的民辦本科院校的專業(yè)設(shè)置的基本情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題；緊接著又把這些問題劃分為民辦本科院校在專業(yè)設(shè)置中存在的特殊問題和民辦本科院校與新建公辦本科院校在專業(yè)設(shè)置上存在的共性問題這兩大類,并分別對這兩大類問題進(jìn)行了原因分析。最后,從在專業(yè)設(shè)置上發(fā)揮主要作用的民辦本科院校以及國家政府這兩大主體入手,探究它們各自在調(diào)整與完善民辦本科院校的專業(yè)設(shè)置上應(yīng)采取的有效措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our country's economy and society and the deepening of industrialization process, the demand for undergraduate talents in higher education has increased greatly, and the demand for the types of undergraduate talents tends to be diversified. In addition, with the development of politics, economy and science and technology, some changes have taken place in the goals and functions of colleges and universities. In this context, there will be more and more people eager to enter university. However, because the original university system is difficult to meet the needs of rapid development, a large number of private colleges and universities have emerged. Although private colleges and universities are developing rapidly, due to their late start, low starting point and lack of experience in running a university, they are confronted with great challenges in the market competition of higher education. The specialty setting is the key to guarantee the private undergraduate colleges to gain a place in the market competition of higher education. Therefore, it is of practical significance to carry out the analysis of the present situation of the specialty setting in the private undergraduate colleges and universities, to find the problems in the specialty setting in time, and to seek the countermeasures to promote the optimization of the specialty setting in the private undergraduate colleges and universities. In order to promote the private-run undergraduate colleges and universities healthy and sustainable development. The thesis begins with the basis of specialty setting and the outline of historical development in colleges and universities, analyzes and summarizes the relevant development and evolution laws of specialty setting and adjustment in colleges and universities in our country; secondly, This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation and characteristics of the specialties set up in 60 private undergraduate colleges and universities in China, and compares them with the specialties set up in the newly built public undergraduate colleges and universities. In order to understand the basic situation of private undergraduate colleges and universities in the initial stage of undergraduate construction, find out the existing problems; Then, these problems are divided into two categories: the special problems existing in the specialty setting of the private undergraduate colleges and the common problems existing in the specialty setting between the private undergraduate colleges and the newly established public undergraduate colleges. The causes of these two kinds of problems are analyzed respectively. Finally, starting from the two main subjects, the private undergraduate colleges and the national government, which play a major role in setting up specialties, this paper probes into the effective measures they should take to adjust and perfect the professional setting of the private undergraduate colleges and universities.
