【摘要】：高校校報是學校黨委和行政的機關報，是校園的主要媒體之一，它既是高校宣傳思想工作的重要陣地，又是高校思想政治教育的重要工具，在宣傳鄧小平理論、“三個代表”重要思想以及科學發(fā)展觀方面，在對廣大師生員工進行愛國主義、集體主義、社會主義教育，在推動高校教書育人和黨的建設方面發(fā)揮著不可取代的作用。 然而，隨著科技的進步、時代的變遷，新媒體日新月異的發(fā)展吸引了人們更多的目光，作為傳統(tǒng)媒體的高校校報在新媒體的沖擊下發(fā)展空間日益受到擠壓，而自身也面臨著諸多亟需解決的問題，校報思想政治教育功能出現(xiàn)了弱化趨勢，面對這種狀況，高校校報只有加快改革創(chuàng)新步伐，才能在與新媒體的競爭中占據(jù)優(yōu)勢，更好地發(fā)揮思想政治教育功能。 論文以思想政治教育學和傳播學為基本立足點，對高校校報思想政治教育的歷史淵源、基本特征和重要影響進行了闡述，通過問卷調(diào)查對目前陜西省部分高校校報思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查研究，，對新媒體帶來的校報思想政治教育的新變化以及校報自身因定位不準、機制不健全等原因面臨的困境進行了深入剖析，并結(jié)合校報編輯工作實踐，從報網(wǎng)融合、準確定位、版面創(chuàng)新、健全機制、提高編輯素質(zhì)、加強策劃、推出“名欄”、加強合作等方面對校報的改革創(chuàng)新進行了較為全面的探討。
[Abstract]:The university newspaper is the organ newspaper of the school party committee and administration, and one of the main media on the campus. It is not only the important position of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities, but also the important tool of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The important thought of "three represents" and the view of scientific development play an irreplaceable role in the education of patriotism, collectivism and socialism for teachers and students, and in promoting the teaching, educating and building of the Party in colleges and universities. However, with the progress of science and technology and the change of times, the rapid development of new media attracts more attention. As a traditional media, the development space of college newspaper is increasingly squeezed under the impact of new media. In the face of the weakening trend of the ideological and political education function of the school newspaper, the university newspaper has to speed up the pace of reform and innovation in order to occupy the advantage in the competition with the new media. Better play the function of ideological and political education. Based on ideological and political education and communication, this paper expounds the historical origin, basic characteristics and important influence of ideological and political education in university newspapers. The present situation of ideological and political education in some university newspapers in Shaanxi Province has been investigated by questionnaire, and the new changes of ideological and political education in school newspapers brought by the new media and the incorrect orientation of the school newspapers themselves have been made. This paper makes a deep analysis of the difficulties faced by the reasons, such as imperfect mechanism, and combines the editorial work practice of the school newspaper with the integration of the newspaper and the net, the accurate positioning, the layout innovation, the perfection of the mechanism, the improvement of the editing quality, the strengthening of the planning, and the introduction of the "famous column". Strengthening cooperation and other aspects of the reform and innovation of the school newspaper carried on a more comprehensive discussion.
