【摘要】：鄭州華信學(xué)院經(jīng)過15年的發(fā)展，辦學(xué)層次不斷提升，辦學(xué)特色逐漸形成，社會(huì)影響力日益擴(kuò)大，為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展培養(yǎng)了大批人才。本研究的目的是為鄭州華信學(xué)院未來5年的發(fā)展制定戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。研究中首先進(jìn)行了PEST分析，使用SWOT工具分析鄭州華信學(xué)院面臨的外部機(jī)遇和威脅，內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，根據(jù)分析得出的結(jié)果制定了其今后5年的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。本論文共分六個(gè)部分，緒論介紹了本論文的選題背景與意義，國內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài)，研究方法與創(chuàng)新之處等方面；第二部分主要是相關(guān)概念的界定和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的理論基礎(chǔ)；第三部分分析了我國目前應(yīng)用型大學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀和應(yīng)用型大學(xué)發(fā)展的成功案例；第四部分系統(tǒng)分析了鄭州華信學(xué)院所處的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境，剖析了鄭州華信學(xué)院發(fā)展所面臨的機(jī)會(huì)與威脅，并在此基礎(chǔ)上指出鄭州華信學(xué)院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的總體目標(biāo)定位：學(xué)院應(yīng)立足鄭州，，面向河南，服務(wù)于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)。依托中原華信商貿(mào)集團(tuán)，注重校企合作，強(qiáng)化實(shí)踐教學(xué)，把學(xué)院建設(shè)成為一所工學(xué)為主、特色鮮明，以培養(yǎng)實(shí)用人才為目標(biāo)的應(yīng)用型科技大學(xué)。最后結(jié)合鄭州華信學(xué)院的辦學(xué)實(shí)際，提出確保鄭州華信學(xué)院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的針對(duì)性的措施和保障。
[Abstract]:After 15 years' development, Zhengzhou Huaxin College has raised the level of running a school, gradually formed the characteristics of running a school, and expanded the social influence day by day, which has trained a large number of talents for the development of regional economy and society. The purpose of this study is to make a strategic plan for the development of Zhengzhou Huaxin University in the next 5 years. In the first part of the study, PEST analysis was carried out, and the external opportunities and threats, internal strengths and weaknesses faced by Zhengzhou Huaxin University were analyzed by using SWOT tools. According to the results of the analysis, the development strategy planning for the next five years was made. This paper is divided into six parts, the introduction introduces the background and significance of this paper, the research trends at home and abroad, research methods and innovations, etc. The second part is the definition of related concepts and the theoretical basis of the development strategy. The third part analyzes the current situation of the applied universities in China and the successful cases of the development of the applied universities, the fourth part systematically analyzes the strategic environment of Zhengzhou Huaxin University, analyzes the opportunities and threats facing the development of Zhengzhou Huaxin University. On this basis, the author points out the overall goal of the development strategy of Zhengzhou Huaxin University: the college should base itself on Zhengzhou, face Henan, and serve the regional economic construction. Relying on the Central Plains Huaxin Group of Commerce and Trade, we should pay attention to the cooperation between schools and enterprises, strengthen practical teaching, and turn the college into an application-oriented science and technology university with distinctive characteristics and the goal of cultivating practical talents. Finally, combined with the actual running of Zhengzhou Huaxin University, the paper puts forward some measures and guarantees to ensure the implementation of the development strategy of Zhengzhou Huaxin University.
