【摘要】：2011年4月24日胡錦濤總書記在慶祝清華大學建校100周年大會上講話時指出,“全面提高高等教育質量,必須大力推進文化的傳承與創(chuàng)新�！备咝Ｋ枷胝谓逃袚宋幕瘋鞒袆�(chuàng)新職責,在文化傳承創(chuàng)新中有非常重要的地位并發(fā)揮著無可替代的功能。因此,高校思想政治教育在文化傳承創(chuàng)新中具有什么地位,發(fā)揮著怎樣的功能,如何去有效實現這些功能,是一個非常值得研究的問題。 論文從文化、文化傳承、文化創(chuàng)新的含義及其重要意義入手,探討了高校思想政治教育在文化傳承創(chuàng)新中的地位及功能,力圖通過研究,探討高校思想政治教育在文化傳承創(chuàng)新中功能充分發(fā)揮的途徑。論文共分為五個部分,第一部分對相關的概念進行了闡述,重點闡釋了文化、文化傳承、文化創(chuàng)新的含義；第二部分在詳細闡述了高校思想政治教育的含義、目標及主要內容的基礎上探討了其在文化傳承創(chuàng)新中的重要地位；第三部分論述了高校思想政治教育在文化傳承創(chuàng)新中發(fā)揮的主要功能：導向功能、整合功能、傳播功能及創(chuàng)新功能；第四部分主要分析了高校思想政治教育在文化傳承創(chuàng)新中功能發(fā)揮的現狀,并提出了一些存在的問題；第五部分針對第四部分提出的問題探討了高校思想政治教育在文化傳承創(chuàng)新中功能有效發(fā)揮的途徑：堅持高校思想政治教育的馬克思主義方向,充分發(fā)揮其導向功能；豐富高校思想政治教育的內容,充分發(fā)揮其整合功能；不斷創(chuàng)新高校思想政治教育方法,充分發(fā)揮其創(chuàng)新功能；強化高校思想政治教育在文化傳承創(chuàng)新中的保障體系,充分發(fā)揮其傳播功能。
[Abstract]:In his speech to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of Tsinghua University on April 24, 2011, General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out that "to improve the quality of higher education in an all-round way, we must vigorously promote cultural inheritance and innovation." Ideological and political education in colleges and universities has assumed the responsibility of cultural inheritance and innovation, and plays an irreplaceable role in cultural inheritance and innovation. Therefore, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the cultural heritage and innovation of what position, play what functions, how to effectively achieve these functions, is a very worthy of study. Starting with the meaning and significance of culture, cultural inheritance and cultural innovation, this paper discusses the status and function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the process of cultural inheritance and innovation. This paper probes into the ways of giving full play to the function of ideological and political education in cultural inheritance and innovation in colleges and universities. The paper is divided into five parts, the first part of the related concepts are described, focusing on the meaning of culture, cultural heritage, cultural innovation; the second part of the detailed elaboration of the meaning of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, The third part discusses the main functions of the ideological and political education in the innovation of cultural inheritance and innovation: the guiding function, the integration function, the main functions of the ideological and political education in the innovation of cultural heritage, and the main functions of the ideological and political education in the innovation of cultural inheritance and innovation. The fourth part mainly analyzes the present situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in cultural inheritance and innovation, and puts forward some existing problems. The fifth part aims at the problems raised in the fourth part, and probes into the ways for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to play its effective role in cultural inheritance and innovation: to adhere to the Marxist direction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to give full play to its guiding function; Enrich the content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, give full play to its integration function; continuously innovate the methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, give full play to its innovative function; strengthen the guarantee system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the process of cultural inheritance and innovation, Give full play to its communication function.
