【摘要】：全球化、信息化、多元化的時(shí)代背景下,科學(xué)技術(shù)突飛猛進(jìn)、知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生、東西方文化碰撞融合。在激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,任何國(guó)家和民族要想屹立于世界民族之林,在世界競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得優(yōu)勢(shì)地位,都需要高素質(zhì)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人才來(lái)引領(lǐng)世界發(fā)展潮流和趨勢(shì)。因此,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的開(kāi)發(fā)與培養(yǎng)在經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型與變革的時(shí)代中更突顯重要價(jià)值。教育對(duì)人類地位的提升在于發(fā)現(xiàn)人的價(jià)值、發(fā)掘人的潛能、發(fā)揮人的力量、發(fā)展人的個(gè)性。隨著我國(guó)素質(zhì)教育改革的深入,越來(lái)越強(qiáng)調(diào)發(fā)展性教育,而發(fā)展性教育的目的就是力求使每一個(gè)學(xué)生得到全面自由的發(fā)展。作為未來(lái)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中堅(jiān)力量的大學(xué)生,是開(kāi)發(fā)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人才的一支重要的人力資源力量。高校作為大學(xué)生教育的主陣地,有義務(wù)響應(yīng)素質(zhì)教育的號(hào)召,力圖通過(guò)多種教育途徑,使大學(xué)生獲得領(lǐng)導(dǎo)知識(shí)、發(fā)掘領(lǐng)導(dǎo)潛質(zhì)、提高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技能、具有全球化視野和多元意識(shí)、樹(shù)立正確的價(jià)值觀和社會(huì)責(zé)任感、增強(qiáng)適應(yīng)社會(huì)的能力、促進(jìn)人才的全面可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本課題從大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的涵義入手,分析了高校思想政治教育在大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)中的重要作用,進(jìn)而結(jié)合當(dāng)前思想政治教育中大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)進(jìn)一步有效發(fā)揮思想政治教育的作用提出對(duì)策,為今后思想政治教育教學(xué)工作提供借鑒和指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, information and diversification, science and technology advance by leaps and bounds, knowledge economy arises at the historic moment, and the culture of East and West collides with each other. In the fierce international competition, if any country and nation want to stand among the nations of the world and gain the advantage in the world competition, they need high-quality leaders to lead the development trend and trend of the world. Therefore, the development and cultivation of leadership in the era of economic transformation and change highlights the important value. The promotion of education to human status lies in the discovery of human value, the exploitation of human potential, the development of human power and the development of human personality. With the deepening of quality education reform in our country, more and more emphasis is placed on developmental education, and the purpose of developmental education is to make every student develop in an all-round and free way. College students, as the backbone of social and economic development in the future, are an important human resource force in the development of leaders. As the main position of college students' education, colleges and universities have the duty to respond to the call of quality education, and try hard to make college students acquire leadership knowledge, explore leadership potential, improve leadership skills, and have a global vision and multi-consciousness through a variety of educational channels. Establish correct values and social responsibility, strengthen the ability to adapt to the society, promote the overall sustainable development of talents. Starting with the meaning of college students' leadership, this paper analyzes the important role of ideological and political education in the cultivation of college students' leadership, and then combines the current situation of college students' leadership cultivation in ideological and political education. The author puts forward some countermeasures to give full play to the function of ideological and political education, and provides reference and guidance for the teaching of ideological and political education in the future.
