【摘要】：開展協(xié)同創(chuàng)新是高校落實(shí)國家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、提高高等教育質(zhì)量的必然選擇。高校在開展協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的過程中應(yīng)把握樹立協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展理念,加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)能力建設(shè)、科技創(chuàng)新能力建設(shè)、體制機(jī)制建設(shè)、人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)等幾個(gè)著力點(diǎn),以不同層次的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心、高校聯(lián)盟、政產(chǎn)學(xué)研用戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟等組織形式推進(jìn)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新工作,注意循序漸進(jìn)、避免盲目協(xié)同等問題,通過政府主動(dòng)作為,提供良好的制度保障與環(huán)境氛圍;抓好協(xié)同創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目,積極進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)宣傳和推廣等,促進(jìn)高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新工作。
[Abstract]:To carry out collaborative innovation is an inevitable choice for colleges and universities to implement national innovation-driven development strategy and improve the quality of higher education. In the process of carrying out collaborative innovation, colleges and universities should grasp the development concept of collaborative innovation, strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents, the construction of scientific and technological innovation ability, the construction of system and mechanism, the construction of talent ranks and the construction of innovative culture. To promote collaborative innovation work in the form of different levels of collaborative innovation centers, university alliances, administrative, industrial, academic and research strategic alliances, pay attention to gradual and orderly progress, avoid blind coordination and other problems, and take the initiative of the government to act. To provide good system protection and environmental atmosphere, to grasp the cooperative innovation projects, to actively promote the experience and promotion, and to promote collaborative innovation in colleges and universities.
