【摘要】：民國時(shí)期,政府與大學(xué)不斷調(diào)整對(duì)教師兼職行為的規(guī)定,使之趨于合理化。大學(xué)教授之校外兼課行為,經(jīng)歷了從民初的被法規(guī)"禁止"到被"限制許可"之轉(zhuǎn)變。然大學(xué)教授兼課行為在整個(gè)民國時(shí)期皆普遍存在。就大學(xué)教授自身而言,薪資不定、任期不穩(wěn)所導(dǎo)致的經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力在相當(dāng)長的一段時(shí)間成為誘發(fā)其外出兼課之主因。大學(xué)教授兼課所得是他們一項(xiàng)非常重要的收入,對(duì)其家庭生活所產(chǎn)生的影響在不同時(shí)期并不完全一致。概言之,北京政府時(shí)期,教授兼課是彌補(bǔ)家庭生計(jì)的方式;1930年代初直至抗戰(zhàn)前,不菲的兼課收入維持了教授們"高品質(zhì)"的生活;戰(zhàn)時(shí)大學(xué)教授兼職則成為生活重壓下維持生活的必須方式。
[Abstract]:During the period of the Republic of China, the government and universities constantly adjusted the regulation of teachers' part-time behavior and rationalized it. The behavior of off-campus and concurrent teaching of university professors has changed from being banned by law to restricted permission in the beginning of the Republic of China. However, the behavior of university professors and classes was widespread throughout the Republic of China. As far as university professors themselves are concerned, the economic pressure caused by uncertain pay and unstable tenure has been the main reason for their going out and taking classes for quite a long time. The income of university professors and courses is a very important income, and the impact on their family life is not uniform at different times. To sum up, during the period of Beijing government, teaching and teaching was the way to make up for the family's livelihood. In the early 1930s and before the War of Resistance against Japan, the high income of teaching and learning maintained the professors'"high quality" life. The wartime university professor part-time becomes the essential way to maintain life under the heavy pressure of life.
