【摘要】：輔導(dǎo)員是高校教師隊(duì)伍的重要組成部分，是高校開展學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量，是高校大學(xué)生健康成長的指導(dǎo)者和引路人。加強(qiáng)高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作和維護(hù)高校穩(wěn)定的重要組織保證和長效機(jī)制。高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化，是中國高等學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)員制度發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果。高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化建設(shè)的最終目標(biāo)是實(shí)現(xiàn)輔導(dǎo)員專家化。近年來，甘肅省高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍得到長足發(fā)展，但缺額較大，，隊(duì)伍不穩(wěn)定，整體素質(zhì)不高等一系列問題嚴(yán)重制約著甘肅省輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化建設(shè)的進(jìn)程。本文通過對輔導(dǎo)員相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)情況的研究，以解決問題為目的，提出了推進(jìn)甘肅省高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化建設(shè)的對策。 全文共分六個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論，提出了研究的背景和意義，講述了目前中外學(xué)者的研究開展情況，指出了研究的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)以及研究方法；第一章對高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化建設(shè)的相關(guān)概念做了簡要介紹；第二章通過回顧我國輔導(dǎo)員制度的歷史，講述了甘肅省高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化建設(shè)的歷程；第三章以真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)分析了甘肅省高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀；第四章以事實(shí)為依據(jù)指出甘肅省高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化建設(shè)過程中存在的問題和成因；第五章分從實(shí)際出發(fā)提出推動甘肅省高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化建設(shè)的對策。
[Abstract]:Counselors are an important part of college teachers, the backbone of college students' ideological and political education, and the guides and guides for the healthy growth of college students. Strengthening the construction of college counselors is an important organizational guarantee and long-term mechanism to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students and to maintain the stability of colleges and universities. The professionalization of college counselors is the inevitable result of the development of college counselors system in China. The ultimate goal of the professionalization construction of college counselors is to realize the experts of counselors. In recent years, college counselors in Gansu Province have made great progress, but a series of problems, such as large vacancy, unstable ranks and low overall quality, have seriously restricted the process of professionalization of counselors in Gansu Province. Based on the study of the relevant statistical data and the actual situation of counselors, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the professionalization of counselors in colleges and universities in Gansu Province, in order to solve the problems. The full text is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which puts forward the background and significance of the research, describes the current research situation of Chinese and foreign scholars, points out the key points and difficulties of the research and the research methods. The first chapter gives a brief introduction to the related concepts of the professional construction of college counselors, the second chapter describes the process of the professionalization construction of college counselors in Gansu Province by reviewing the history of our country's counselors system. The third chapter analyzes the status quo of the professional construction of college counselors in Gansu Province based on the real data, the fourth chapter points out the problems and causes in the process of professional construction of college counselors in Gansu Province based on the facts. The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to promote the professionalization of college counselors in Gansu Province.
