積極心理學(xué)視閾下的高校生命教育探析

【摘要】:從2004年以來(lái),生命教育就受到廣大國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者和專家的關(guān)注。到2007年,關(guān)于高校生命教育的研究獲得了很大的進(jìn)展。高校生命教育是一門關(guān)注學(xué)生生命的學(xué)科,致力于引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生重新關(guān)注自身生命,尊重生命、珍愛(ài)生命,建立良好的人際交往圈,樹(shù)立科學(xué)的人生觀和價(jià)值觀,提高自身生命的質(zhì)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的生命意義和價(jià)值。它的開(kāi)展具有深厚的理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文從積極心理學(xué)的角度對(duì)高校生命教育進(jìn)行探析,以期能豐富高校生命教育研究的內(nèi)容,提高高校生命教育開(kāi)展的實(shí)效性。 本文主要從以下五個(gè)部分對(duì)主題進(jìn)行分析和探討:第一部分,通過(guò)收集和分析當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于生命教育的研究成果和文獻(xiàn)資料,簡(jiǎn)述了本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究方法以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等,并對(duì)高校生命教育當(dāng)前的研究現(xiàn)狀作了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹;第二部分,通過(guò)對(duì)積極心理學(xué)的內(nèi)涵和研究層面以及生命教育的內(nèi)涵和本質(zhì)進(jìn)行探討,論述了積極心理學(xué)視閾下的高校生命教育的內(nèi)涵和目標(biāo);第三部分,運(yùn)用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷和訪談的形式對(duì)大學(xué)生當(dāng)前的生命認(rèn)知和生命教育認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀、高校生命教育實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析,并對(duì)高校生命教育現(xiàn)狀中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了原因分析;第四部分,在了解當(dāng)前高校生命教育現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上提出了積極心理學(xué)視閾下高校生命教育的內(nèi)容,從生命意識(shí)、生命體驗(yàn)、生命責(zé)任、生命挫折和生命幸福五個(gè)維度來(lái)開(kāi)展生命教育;第五部分,針對(duì)當(dāng)前高校生命教育實(shí)施過(guò)程中所存在的問(wèn)題,從積極心理學(xué)的角度提出了比較具體可行的實(shí)施路徑。
[Abstract]:Since 2004, life education has been concerned by domestic scholars and experts. By 2007, the research on college life education has made great progress. College life education is a discipline that pays attention to students' life. It is committed to guiding students to pay more attention to their own life, respect life, cherish life, establish good interpersonal circle, and establish scientific outlook on life and values. Improve the quality of their own lives, realize their own meaning and value of life. Its development has profound theoretical foundation and practical significance. This paper probes into the life education in colleges and universities from the perspective of positive psychology in order to enrich the content of life education research in colleges and universities and to improve the effectiveness of life education in colleges and universities. This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the theme from the following five parts: the first part, through collecting and analyzing the current domestic and foreign scholars' research results and literature on life education, briefly describes the research background and significance of this paper. In the second part, the connotation and research level of positive psychology and the connotation and essence of life education are discussed. This paper discusses the connotation and goal of college life education from the perspective of positive psychology. The third part uses questionnaires and interviews to analyze the current situation of college students' life cognition and life education cognition. The present situation of life education in colleges and universities is investigated and summarized and analyzed according to the results of the investigation, and the causes of the problems in the present situation of life education in colleges and universities are analyzed. On the basis of understanding the current situation of life education in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the contents of life education in colleges and universities from the perspective of positive psychology, and develops life education from five dimensions: life consciousness, life experience, life responsibility, life frustration and life happiness. In the fifth part, aiming at the problems existing in the process of implementing life education in colleges and universities, the author puts forward a more concrete and feasible implementation path from the perspective of positive psychology.
